La Selva Tree Care has provided exceptional service from start to finish on multiple projects at my home in Carmel-by-the-Sea. This included the removal of an almost 100' standing but dead Monterey Pine that could only be accessed through a steep and challenging ravine. They worked with my property manager and neighbor to ensure that the technically difficult removal went smoothly for all. In the middle of the recent historic storms they removed another enormous Monterey Pine that was standing but had become fully compromised due to large limb losses caused by the high winds which created a very dangerous situation. La Selva made a point to schedule the work right away in order to remove the tree before it had a chance to fall on my house. They've removed other trees for me as well and always leave my property in tip top shape. Each of their highly professional and courteous staff deserve high praise. Thank you La Selva for keeping my home and property safe, and for providing outstanding service!

Recently had a large tree removed from a small yard. The estimator came quickly and we received quote in 2 days. Office follow up was thorough. Work done within 2 weeks. Clean up was amazing. Workers were on time, helpful, and polite. Can't say enough good things.

Davey tree didn't feel confident and didn't want the job because it was bamboo. Bamboo giant just didn't call us back after visiting our yard & seeing what the job entailed.
But La Selva was confident, dependable, polite, and they did a great job with our backyard.

La Selva is one of the most impressively professional companies I have dealt with in years. I called them one morning to get a quote on tree work, and about 4 hours later (right on time) their field person came to my house, surveyed the situation and promised a bid by the next day. The bid came earlier than expected and at a very reasonable price. I called in a couple of changes to the bid, as written, and I had the revised bid description in my hands a little later that day— price remained the same. I used La Selva in the past for a huge job, and they did spectacular work. If you are planning any tree work, you can trust La Selva to do an A+ job on every aspect!

I had La Selva up to my property to do tree removal and trimming for fire clearance. The project was awesome from start to finish. The estimator arrived at the scehduled time and they provided a highly competitive quote in just two days. They scheduled the work quickly and importantly, the kept the scheduled dates. The crew arrived each day and worked safey around my houses and completed all of the work on time and on budget. They cleaned up the property, leaving it much cleaner than it was before the work. Everyone was professional, courteous, and responsive. I highly recommend them to others and will call on them again as needed.

I had a wonderful experience with La Selva Tree Service. They did an excellent job removing the fronds from my palm tree and also took care of a dead tree on my property. Horrible tree care they messed up my fence with a tree limb. On top of that it took them like three weeks to get the quote over they spoke very highly of themselves but fell far of the tree….
