I recently asked Lewis Tree Service to remove a large dead California pepper tree. They did an excellent job. The timing was ideal and they left a clean work area when finished. On another occasion, I asked them to remove large roots from an area where I plan to have new landscaping installed. Once again, they did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend them for similar work.

Excellent guidance and recommendations from the arborist who planned the work with us and wrote up the proposal, and excellent work by the crew that did the work with great skill and efficiency! This is the second time in three years that we have used Lewis Tree Service and we have been very happy with the experience both times. We have been recommending them to our neighbors wholeheartedly!

Great place for free wood chips! Just phone ahead to make sure the bucket loader is there before you go and show up between 8-8:30

Basic annual pruning of 5 trees, result is what I wanted. Quick estimate, 3-man crew showed up just a bit early on a rainy day a few weeks later, worked efficiently and quietly, cleaned up. Only misadventure was a drain downspout bumped loose (easy to pop back on, just wish I'd noticed before it started raining 🙄). Will call back next year!

Lewis was great to work with, from beginning to end. Every person was polite, professional, helpful and kind. The team that took down our tree was hardworking and so nice to us and our neighbors.
