Good job.

We hired Omar, the operations manager, to fix a pressing issue at our location. He showed up late, then vanished from contact with our team completely - no return calls or responses. This experience has left us with a bad impression of this company, especially if you're in a crisis situation. Given the nature of the job, it should have been a straightforward repair, but instead we were left with nothing.
