Mitchel did a really big job for us in the Oakland Hills.
10 drilled piers to 12ft depth. All located on very challenging hill side terrain. He completed the project in a very timely manner and cleared all the debris down the hill side and hauled it away.

I had Howie Excavating come out and dig an extensive french drain around the entire perimeter of my house. He was careful with utilities, with my property, did the work in a fast and very efficient manner. Also, I had him remove several stumps and level a 1/4 acre lot I have. He did a great job and I appreciated the friendliness and respect for my property, cleaned everything up after the job. Did a professional job.

I've used Mitchell for grading, demolition, and grubbing on my Sonoma County Ranch. He has a great attitude, his work ethic is customer friendly, and he's a skillful equipment operator. I have used him several times, was very satisfied with his services, and will use him again.

Mitch is very professional and did an amazing job in and around our barn. Our barn floor had 70 years of built-up dirt, hay, manure, and rock that was packed solid and very uneven. We couldn't budge it with shovels. Mitch came in with his excavator and pulled it off with care and precision to avoid any unknown water pipes, electrical lines, and the structural components of the barn. He graded everything so water will flow away from the building, yet it looks level. We're very happy. It feels like a completely different place in there, all for the better.

I have worked with Mitch on several demolition, excavation, and grading projects and found him to be punctual, hard working, competent , and honest. He has just the right equipment to do jobs that require careful maneuvering around existing landscaping and structures. I look forward to working with Mitch again in the future.

I worked with Mitch Howie for 5 days building a dam, clay-sealed pond, and 2 terraces. I found him to be hard-working, skilled, and trustworthy. His equipment seemed well-maintained. We worked on a T&M basis and his final cost came out lower than the other bids.

Mitch Howie cut a road for me on my rural property in Lake County and did a fantastic job!!! Not only that, he was efficient, professional and on time! As requested, he was careful not to damage any of the surrounding beautiful fauna bordering the new road. I would hire him again in a second. Great job Mitch!!!

He was able to start right away and his work was reasonably priced. The project was done on schedule and was left clean.
