I had a great experience with Lady Be Electric! I called them about an issue with a circuit breaker. They responded quickly and were super helpful. What ended up being a simple fix was handled right away, but they still took the time to check everything thoroughly to make sure there weren't any other issues.
The whole team was friendly, professional, and really easy to work with. They even took the time to answer another electrical question I had about a different issue in my home. Britt, the owner, was especially wonderful. She was kind, honest about pricing, and clearly cares about helping people rather than upselling unnecessary work.
I really appreciated how responsive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful they were. I would absolutely recommend Lady Be Electric to anyone needing electrical help!

top of the line professionals. Came out and showed me all the areas that needed attention. Gave me a priority list so i can schedule as i could afford it. my house feels safe again.

Although, they didn't have time for my last min request (understandably), I gave 5 stars for their prompt response and professional customer service. I texted the number given on their voicemail and they called me back within an hour or so!

Had lights installed in my home. Very professional and polite. I feel like it was finally done correctly. Previously Had some others look at the same issue and they just seemed to screw things up, these guys were able to correct the problem and make my kitchen fabulous. Jake does great work!!!

Everything you want in someone who works on your electrical. Lady B is reliable and swift. They have worked on our electrical needs for 5 yrs. We are return customers. Nothing beats quality work at a good price. And the best part is that they never leave a mess!

Britt and her team just completed three projects for us - sauna electrical connection, and taking power to our greenhouse and shed. The works is of VERY high quality, the whole team is friendly, and they left our home tidier than it was before they arrived. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Had a great experience with Lady B Electric. Had them run a dedicated circuit for a new electric stove, as we were switching from gas to electric. Izzy and Miles were super professional, showed up on time, did great work, and clearly knew what they were doing. The quote was competitive, and they got me on the schedule quickly. Overall I'm super happy with Lady B. Electric and would do business with them again.

I've used this company twice now starting about 4 years ago. Fantastic service and work. Britt communicates quickly and thoroughly each time. Whomever is sent does a great job and fees are reasonable. Am just about to call them again for a new challenge - the outlet for my dish washer. Can't go wrong with Lady B!

I am a 4-5 time repeat customer now and am once again beyond satisfied.

Would you leave your house when your electrician is there doing services? Moreover, would you leave your teenage son and daughter at home during that time while you go to work? And trust the workers to close your gates so your dogs don’t get out? You should feel comfortable doing so if you hire Lady B!

I had a work conflict during the time they offered me, so instead of rescheduling, I let the office know of the conflict and they said “no problem!”. So, about 30 min after Miles and Izzy came to install a new box/fixture on the side of our house and tie it into an existing circuit, I left for work and came home later to a clean, secure worksite and wonderful new lighting on our side yard. They are professional and reputable and responsible and truly wonderful human beings.

Lady B has previously installed a generator/house hookup, main panel replacement (our house inspector missed the fact that our panel had been recalled), installed outdoor outlets, installed nine outdoor fixtures, done troubleshooting on our thermostat/HVAC system, and probably more that I don’t remember.

Look no further than Lady B!

Where to start? Julie was amazing scheduling the estimate. Britt was amazing doing the estimate. Lauren, Forrest, and Miles were amazing doing the work and a smaller follow up job. They replaced our main panel, did a generator interlock, ran a new circuit for our garden lights (omg Lookit how pretty), replaced an old nasty outdoor outlet (omg also so pretty!) and installed an additional outdoor outlet. I didn't even bother with any other estimates because my neighbor vouched for them and I was so happy with Britt's straightforward, transparent approach during the free estimate process. This whole team is a well oiled machine and a pleasure to have at your home.

I really wanted to support a woman-owned electrical business, but unfortunately, my experience with Lady B Electric was deeply disappointing from start to finish.

Getting an estimate was a drawn-out and frustrating process. I was kept waiting for several weeks, given repeated promises that it would arrive by a certain date—but each time, that date came and went without follow-through. I had to keep chasing it down myself, which already made me uneasy.

When the actual work began, the owner didn’t show up. Instead, she sent two workers who were not licensed electricians. They struggled with what should have been a simple job—replacing outlets—and the job was left incomplete. I had to call to request that someone return. When the owner finally came out, she charged me to fix something that should’ve been done correctly in the first place.

Even after that, the work turned out to be subpar. I ended up hiring another electrician, and they found multiple issues with what Lady B Electric had done.

On top of all that, the owner was unprofessional in how she communicated with me over text—defensive, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. After this experience, I cannot recommend this company to others. I sincerely wish I could support a female-led business, but in this case, the quality and professionalism simply weren’t there.
