My Karastan room size rug had oil paint on it (it has been in my studio) so i took it in to have the surface soil removed, never expecting that even the pros could remove dried on paint. i was wrong: Master Cleaners pros removed every trace of the paint with no deterioration or discoloration of the fabric. i am totally amazed and will be a customer for life. The staff are so friendly i feel like i should add them to my Christmas card list! Highly recommended. Why go anywhere else?

These people fo way above an beyond. I called the office for an emergency cleaning.

I had a pizza sized blood stain on a thick carpet and was unable to attend to it for 12 hours. Peter came out to the property cleaned the heck out of it, and called to let me know he had it managed all within a day.

I was blown away by Master Cleaner's customer service, attention to detail and fast service.

These guys are the best. Worth EVERY penny.

Master Cleaners bought new life into our 12 year old-- 4 piece living room
Chocolate Leather couch, love seat, single chair and foot stool.
They said they could come close to having them look new.
They under promised and diffidently over delivered----because all pieces look better than when purchased.
We also had 3 rugs cleaned----same result---new life under our feet.

I recently picked up my 200 year old tapestry pillow from Master Cleaners, and was so very pleased with the exceptional results. The intricate weaving and color selection of the yarns were perfectly chosen and perfectly done as was the sewing of the pillow back into its form.

They actually delivered the piece back 5 days early in time for our special home event, which confirmed my five star rating of this company.

Sheila and Peter Mafi work with excellence and I would recommend them to handle any rewearing project that comes there way. They made good their promises and delivered a beautiful presentation of the project given.

I was in need of carpet cleaning in addition to rug cleaning and Master Cleaners did a fantastic job. They were timely, provided professional service, and even cleaned more areas than were originally quoted. They were able to remove a stain that other cleaning companies were unable to clean and I was very satisfied with my experience. The best! They took my filthy area rugs and made them look like new. I live in the country and have big dogs that make a giant mess in the winter as well as general wear for many years. They couldn’t have been nicer and went out of their way to make me happy. I will never use anyone else!

I am overwhelmed at the kindness and wonderful help Peter and Shiela gave me when I called them having just spilled a can of dark walnut stain on the living room carpet. I asked Peter what I should do and he said, "Nothing! I'll be right there." Peter brought over his crew and equipment immediately. Though it was unlikely the dark oil stain could be removed, Peter didn't give up. Not only did he attack the wet stain, he and Adrian cleared out the entire apartment and did all the rooms. When they left that afternoon, there were no signs of any stains. They were completely committed to helping in a very dire situation. Peter really cares about serving people and I would recommend his company unconditionally!

separate occasions. There is no one better! They cleaned my carpet
before moving into our new house. Being highly allergic to the 3
indoors cats that lived there before, I was so impressed and thankful
that I did not have ONE allergic reaction because they cleaned my
carpets so well. I also used this company when cleaning our carpets and hardwood floors at work.Again, wonderful job, knowledgeable, punctual and very professional. My latest experience with Master Cleaners of Santa Rosa, was the cleaning
of a large area rug and the spots some little dogs left me. The urine
smell and spots are gone. I cannot praise this company and owners
enough. They are quality all the way around. I highly highly recommend

MC cleaned my large, dirty wool area rug and did a wonderful job. They're careful and thorough and got it back to "good-as-new"! I am thrilled to enjoy my rug again! (the in-home carpet cleaner told me it was beyond salvation).

In addition they employ master weavers and recently cleaned, repaired, blocked and attached weights to the bottom of very valuable, antique, European tapestry. These people are wonderful! They do a great job, are very thorough and our rugs always look brand new after they clean them. They are also very flexible about pick up and overall easy to deal with. Their pricing is also very good.

Master Cleaners did an outstanding job cleaning our wall to wall carpeting. Our five year old carpets look and smell "new" again. All traces of pet accidents were successfully removed. We are extremely pleased with the quality of service provided and impressed with their wonderful customer service. We were called when their service technician was on his way to our home and after he was finished to make sure we were happy with the results. We will definitely use them for all our future carpeting needs and recommend them to our family and friends.

We have used Master Cleaners for years to clean and repair our Oriental rugs. They have always done a fabulous job. They come to your home to pick up your rugs, mark where they they were placed, and they return them right where they used to be. We have also had them do repair work on rugs due to moth damage.
