Zach was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about troubleshooting the problem with an older hvac system. I would highly recommend Elavated Comfort for any type of work. And I have to add that when I called I informed them that the owner would not be home but her teenage daughter would be there to allow access and they sent a text picture of the technician which was a really nice way of assuring her that the technician was exactly who they sent

Ryan McDonald and the team at Elevated Comfort are always there for me when I need them. Over the last 2-3 years anytime I have had an issue with the A/C shutting down in 100 degree weather or needing a new heating unit, they have been there. They are honest, reliable, quick to respond, and very customer oriented. Highly recommend!

I’d forgotten that last Fall I signed up for their loyalty program, so when I saw the auto charge I remembered & perfect timing! Even though things were pretty booked, Christina was great in finding a slot for us, only a week out. And Brandon did a superb & thorough job checking our furnace, duct system and filter. He asked before leaving if anything else to check, but we were good since he reminded us they had checked our hot water heater last year. So happy I found Elevated and they do great plumbing work, too.

What a pleasant surprise. I know someone that is a friend of Elevated Comfort's owner so he said call them....ok, WOW, the dispatcher taking the call was great and it was about to get HOT in Santa Rosa, and my AC stopped working completely. She got the HVAC tech - Zach to my house the same day. That alone would be amazing. But Zach was professional, polite and knows his AC. My system is 20+ years old and I was getting ready for the pitch....you need a whole new unit.

Nope, Zach fixed it and had it up and running within 30 minutes for $1,300, so much less than I expected. PLUS: I was on a conf call while Zach was here, so I asked him to text me and he did, texted the estimate and the approval and done. I paid by check making it feel like the best old school, small town great service experience ever. Overall a 5 STAR experience top to bottom.

Showed up on time. Ready to work. Polite, kept to the quoted price. Worked quickly and cleanly.

We installed a total new HVAC system for our home. Elevated Comfort was a quality experience from start to finish and we are very happy with the professionalism, pricing and outcome of the service and system. I can highly recommend them.

If I could give Josh and his team at Elevated Comfort 6 stars I would! Not only were they the most affordable bid, Josh was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and transparent when assessing our needs and answering my questions. We got a heat pump, furnace and all ducting replaced for a great cost and only 10 days between initially reaching out and job completion. Can't say enough about how proactive he and his team were in going above and beyond, even when they didn't have to. I can not recommend Elevated Comfort enough!

We had a great experience working with Elevated comfort. Both crews and everyone that came to work on our property were pleasant, great communication and very understanding. This is the second time working with this company and would not choose any other. They have been great all along. I would recommend 100%.

I called Elevated Comfort on a Monday morning asking them If the could come to the coast and diagnose the problems with my 32 year-old Day Night propane furnace, which kept getting shut down by the high temperature switch on the burner box. By 11 o'clock that morning Brandon had made the two hour drive and after examining the complete system in detail, diagnosed the problem and recommended basically either a complete rebuild or a new unit and the reasons why.

By 11 o'clock Tuesday morning, J.P. showed up with a price sheet and an extensive list of options covering everything from the most basic models to wi-fi enabled furnace (not just a wi-fi thermostat, you talk to the furnace). Also included in the prices were all parts and labor, tax, permit fees, new plenums and vents.

By 11 o'clock Wednesday morning, Oscar and a help showed up and did the installation: new furnace (and removal of old one), new cold air plenum, new hot air plenum, new exhaust piping and outdoor cover, new fresh air vent for garage, all ducts sealed and taped. Work was done by 4 p..m. All intems covered in the inital bid, total amount paid was exactly as agreed to on Tuesday, which was noticeably less than I had received from other contractors for similar work.

I received no payment or consideration from Elevated Comfort for the review, and I seldom if ever leave reviews, I am just one happy satisfied customer. I found all the employees to be polite, professional, and skilled in their work. No high pressure sales, and the garage was cleaner when they left than they they found it. I recommend them.

Great service. Was able to locate the part and have it on-site and installed working later on a Friday evening. Tenant was very appreciative to have working heat.

We needed to replace our water heater and furnace so we scheduled a few quotes and were not sure what to expect. Our first (and only) quote was from Josh at Elevated Comfort. First impressions are lasting impressions and Josh hit it out of the park. He spent time asking what we were looking for and after he did an inspection or our current furnace, air ducts, and water heater, he gave us several options to choose from. He took the time to answer all our questions. After spending an hour with Josh and asking all our questions, we decided to go with Elevated Comfort and skip the other quotes as we felt comfortable with what we were given. We were also leaving that day for a two week vacation and were thrilled to get an install appointment for while we were gone. This was advantageous because we have large dogs that would have had to be boarded anyway so it was a win/win.

We were updated throughout the process. As can be expected in a 50+ year old home, there were a couple hiccups. Asbestos was found, but Josh was able to coordinate the abatement and the project was kept on track. Josh also put us in touch with an electrician for electrical work which we had been concerned with as well. The process was smooth as can be.

When we arrived home, we inspected the new units. The quality of work was outstanding. The little details that the crew did were appreciated. Everything was clean and our new heat pump, air handler and water heater are operating flawlessly. We are so looking forward to lower energy bills as the furnace was 50 years old, the water heater 30 and our ductwork was trash.

We cannot recommend Elevated Comfort more. On time, professional, and available. All things that stand out to us. We look forward to having Elevated Comfort install a water filtration system in the future and continuing to have them perform inspections and PMs in the future.

Very pleased with the assessment, options, competitive pricing, competent instillation, and extra steps taken by PJ, Mario, and Alex. We are observing immediate improvement with high efficiency furnace, and look forward to reduced decibel A/C this summer.

The experience with Elevated Comfort was great, from my initial contact to the great service we received from the technician, Scott. Scott was very personable, professional, and explained things very well. Overall, a great experience, and I so appreciated the quick and efficient response. I have called on Elevated Comfort several times, and the service from start to finish has always been stellar.

The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable and educated me on what I have and what I might need and then very near future. He went above and beyond what I expected. I have already referred several people. Thank you !

Zach was extremely helpful, giving me lots of information on my wall heater regarding servicing, monitoring, etc. He's a great guy.

So we entered to win a free air conditioner contest and of course you know the company is going to offer you a free service for the opportunity to sell you something, it how it always goes right?! I was full on expecting the whole pitch, from begining to end and when I opened my front door and the gentleman introduced himself this is not what I got. While I showed him where everything was at and we chitchated about my system and laughed at the age of things, pushing 50 yrs haha, he was kind and thoughtful. He was clear and concise in explaining how my current system works is and what things can go bad over time. He cleaned and inspected and never once tried to use any type of scare tactic pitch. Never said anything was detrimental and we really need to address now. He shared my excitement at the possibility of winning and shared one of his clients won a furnace years ago. And on he went, doing what he could and tried to crawl where he couldnt and left as pleasant as he arrived. So I guess what Im getting at is, if you need a company that really means it when they say complimentary clean and inspection, Elevated Comfort is it! Couldnt have asked for a better experience for just entering a contest. Kudos to you for a great business and employing smart, and caring employees! A+ in my book!!

JP Warlitner was incredibly professional and easy to work with. He made the process smooth and explained everything well.

What a professional family owned business. My furnace died and put lots of smoke into my house. After the fire trucks left I interviewed a few companies but went with Elevated Comfort. I'm glad I did because they explained everything in detail with respect and politeness. There was no pressure or intimidation. Brandon was the first to come and he disassembled my old unit and showed me everything that had gone wrong. The fee was $89, which later credited to my invoice. Brandon was such a nice man. He asked if I wanted a quote on a new unit since my motor had blown and the tubes had cracks in them. JP came next, and he was fair and worked with me to get the best price on a new unit. JP. like Brandon has a supper personality. The installation happened 4 days later and techs Austin and Alejandro got my new furnace installed in no time at all. Both men were very kind and respectful and they cleaned up everything after the installation. You really don't see this high level of professionalism often. I highly recommend Elevated Comfort!

August was great. Friendly, thorough, and well-spoken. I know a little, not a lot, about these systems, and he made everything very easy to understand.
