Had Jack out to replace our aging furnace. He arrived on time and provided me with multiple estimates. I ended up going with a high efficient heat pump system. He and his team arrived on time. Their work was clean and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend their services

Great experience with this HVAC company. They were quick to respond, showed up on time, and got the job done efficiently. The technician was professional and explained everything clearly. Pricing was fair with no surprises. I’d definitely recommend them and use their services again.

These guys are incredible. Easy to get an appt. Show up on time. Work hard. Not afraid to work on an old heater that others say can't be fixed. As a matter of fact, we had 2 different companies look at our heater and say it was done. These young men came out and were excited about the challenge of getting it working again. No problem. At the rate was very reasonable.

Our ac stopped working on one of the hottest days ever in Santa Rosa, being that it was labor day weekend I figured we were out of luck. A friend had recommended Estes to me and even contacted them himself for me, Chance showed up at 7:30 am on Sunday of a holiday weekend, had our ac up and running in a half hour, only needing a part replaced rather than the whole unit, I thought the whole unit blew up, so this was a pleasant surprise, this obviously won't be the case for everyone, but to me it proves honesty and integrity since I thought the whole unit blew up and they could have easily just sold me a new unit. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing hvac repair.

Jack was great his crew was on time everything was done just like he said. if you are looking for ac guys he is the guy great price great attitude just great to work with. he came all way to pope valley. Which is a 50 min drive from napa.

I was referred by my home warranty and was able to get an appointment quickly. When Jack arrived, he informed me that he never received any referral from my home warranty but offered to run a few tests on our AC. He was polite, honest and straightforward. Even though, at this time, we aren't able to use him for the repair (due to my home warranty, not Jack), I will definitely use him in the future because of his honesty and willingness to try to work with us. He did not try to nickle and dime us, which is greatly appreciated!

I called Jack while I was looking for quotes on a mini split system. Jack’s estimate came in super affordable but more importantly he had great suggestions on what size and placement made most sense for our home’s layout. He and his son did an excellent job on the install and took great care of our place during the process. It really makes the difference to work with someone friendly and communicative. Thanks so much Jack, we couldn’t be happier with our new heat and ac system!

Living in a small space sounds cozy… until summer hits and it feels like a sauna, or winter rolls in and suddenly you’re living in a freezer. That was me—sweating through July, freezing in January—until Jack came to the rescue.

He installed a mini split system in what felt like record time, seriously—it was up and running in just a few hours. I honestly don’t know why I waited so long. It’s hands down the best investment I’ve ever made for my home. Total game changer.

I just had the greatest experience with Estes heating and cooling today. My home gas furnace was not working properly and instead of trying to get me to spend thousands of dollars to buy a new one, he diagnosed it and got it running again for a fraction of what I would have to pay for a new one. Thank you so much and I also got a new thermostat as well that they installed. I highly recommend them and we'll be calling again to get my water heater put in.
