Akim Henderson was the technician who serviced my home today. He was by far the best service technician I have had in the past 12+ years with Western. Western has serviced my home for the past 12+ years. They are very responsive and thorough. My experience with them has been excellent.

Jeff, a new technician servicing our country property, was professional and did a thorough job inspecting attic, crawl spaces, under the house as well as the perimeter of the house. He was very knowledgeable and patiently took the time to explain issues, potential issues and solutions. We have been customers of the HitMen for 17+ years, acquired by Western Exterminator, and I have been pleased with technicians sent since the acquisition.

There are issues, however, with the computerized scheduling. The national call center has not been able to fix this. We have bi-monthly service and we are supposed to get a call and an email a few days in advance to announce service date and time. We rarely get an email, often don’t get the call and a technician has shown up unexpectedly. This is a problem because the interior has to be inspected. Our primary residence is in another city so we need advance notice and we sometimes have vacation rentals. An unexpected pest inspector freaks out our guests!

I started with Western Exterminator in 2020 & they have been awesome. Listens to my home needs, prompt excellent service. I've had my same guy, Sabino for over 2 years, he's a great guy + fantastic customer service! Still going strong in 2025!!

Daryl was very kind and personable. He Called me to let me know he was coming in 10 min, and if it was ok.
He did a thorough job with his maintenance and spraying for insects. No Rat activity, however, he noticed I was “egged” last night as there was egg splattered all over back window, along siding, downspouts and concrete flooring. He helped in cleaning the egg and egg shells as the yolk was already starting to get dry. He went over and above! I am very pleased.

Miguel's service call went better than expected. My wife and I spent a couple of days preparing for the treatment. Being a perfectionist I didn't feel we prepared well enough. Miguel assured me that we did a more than adequate job. He was more than polite making us confident we were receiving excellent service

Kevin is awesome. Responsive and detail oriented.

Akim was very engaged. He listened to my concerns about previous technicians not baiting the outdoor rodent traps and re-baited all stations. He was also good about informing me of arrival time for our house. Overall impression: He is friendly, caring and professional. I hope that we can be added to his regular route.

Rick has been treating our pine trees and fruit trees for over 5 years. We haven’t lost any pines to pitch canker and our fruit trees are thriving. It would be hard to find a more professional and friendly technician. Thanks Rick and Western Exterminator!
