Paul was extremely knowledgeable and truly came through for me when I needed help the most. This was an emergency situation, and he showed up right on time, ready to get to work. He was very professional throughout the entire process and kept everything super clean while he worked. I really appreciated his reliability and expertise. I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone looking for someone dependable and skilled.

I had an excellent experience with Finetti Plumbing and Backflow. Paul Finetti came out to my home to diagnose an issue where we suddenly had no hot water coming through the faucets. He arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly got to work inspecting the plumbing and water heater.

After a thorough inspection, Paul explained that my water heater was very old and had failed, which is why we weren’t getting hot water. What I really appreciated was how clearly he explained everything and the fact that he gave me multiple water heater replacement options instead of just pushing one solution. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me choose the best option for my home and budget.

Once I approved the replacement, he was able to schedule and install the new water heater the same day, which was incredibly convenient. The installation was clean, efficient, and very professional. By the end of the day everything was up and running perfectly and we had hot water again.

Paul came out to assess a leak in our garage sink/laundry area, and within minutes he had diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. No running to the store, no games—he had everything he needed right on his truck and got straight to work.

Fixed the problem timely. Had to open walls to find the water leak. Paul was very conscientious opening the walls, removing wet insulation and repaired the leaking pipe with new parts.. He left the workplace very clean.
