I had an outstanding experience with Jordon from Pro Plumb. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and got right to work with confidence and efficiency.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time. He made sure everything was thoroughly checked before leaving and even took the time to clean up the workspace, which I really appreciated.

It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with home repairs, but Jordon exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and honest plumber, I highly recommend asking for him. I’ll definitely be calling Pro Plumb again for any future needs.

Jordan was so responsive, he answered my call immediately and explained what had to be done he came right on time to both appointments. Then once the water meter was installed he helped us understand how to read the data from our iPad. He also helped us with an unbalanced washer and did not charge us.
On top of all that he is funny and engaging and just a really good guy. He is definitely going to our plumber from now on!!

Jordan from Pro Plumb was reffered to us from a nieghbor and we were very happy with his service. Jordan scheduled us same day and was able to replace our water heater so that we would have hot water that night. Thanks Pro Plumb we will reffer you to all our friends!

Our hot water heater was old and finally went out, and we had been without water for a week and a half. I was scrambling to gather estimates on a new one and do research on the best system and brands for our needs. I finally came across Jordan (wish I had found him first) and everything fell into place.

He took the time over the phone to answer all my questions and was very knowledgable and honest, I felt great about our decision to go to a tankless on-demand hot water system, and the price was right. It was installed 2 days later and we are wondering why we didn't do this earlier. Jordan was great at communicating with me at all phases of the project, and if we have any further questions or issues in the future, I'm confident they will be very helpful.

These guys know what they are doing and are true professionals. Our system was installed efficiently and neatly and is simple enough for me to understand without being a plumber. The whole process couldn't have been easier. Very happy. Thanks, Jordan.

Communication is excellent, quick, and to the point. He explained to me how the job was going to go and what was going to be done during the walk-through estimate.

My wife noticed that we were not getting hot water. Called pro plumbing, and they contacted us immediately. Shortly after contacting us, Jordan was at are house working on are water heater right away. Worked on the water heater until he got it working again. Made sure we were all taking care of before leaving. This is was on a Friday after noon too! So Jordan made sure we went into the weekend with hot water. Really nice guy and completely professional! Amazing work! Our home had a leak we couldn't find. Jordan supported us over the phone and scheduled a time to come over ASAP. He diagnosed and fixed the leak in no time while walking us through the different options for repair. The price was great, our leak was fixed and we talked through a few ways we could improve the water line that leaked.

Pro Plumb does excellent work, super efficient and accommodating. Jordan is super friendly and knowledgeable. The first time I had them out when my water heater was acting up he was able to fix the igniter for the pilot light without telling me I had to replace a whole water heater. I value his honesty and not just out to make money. I have since used him for several jobs and I've been over the moon with the job that's been done.

Recently, I had an ongoing and worsening plumbing problem on my hands. The day I called Jordan to my surprise(without leaving a message) he called me back... Jordan made time in his day and came out to my house to give me an estimate for the plumbing crisis. From the moment Jordan arrived he was refreshingly professional, he has an incredibly realistic approach/way of pricing, his wealth of experience about plumbing and my situation was clearly communicated throughout the process. Jordan had patience with any questions I had. As well as, the tasks/details being met and carried out with efficiency every step of the way. Truly what was a thorn in my side turned into an all around exceptional experience. Second house we have used pro plumb for and as always we are thrilled with the results. We have had Jordan replace a main line, plumb a kitchen and now our new bath. The customer service is top tier. He went above and beyond helping us find the perfect fixtures as well as placement of fixtures and drains. He always shows up when he says he will (rare in our experience with construction) and is professional and well educated in his field. We highly recommend him to all our friends!

ProPlumb was recommended by my home insurance provider to install a Moen Flo Leak Detector which was required to bind the insurance.

From the outset Jordan lived up to his company's name - he is a Pro. All calls were immediately returned. All appointments were promptly met. All work was expertly explained.

My house was built in 1960. On the initial visit Jordan warned me that there were often hidden pitfalls with older houses. He hit the jackpot on my house.

Essentially, one job became three projects. To start, what we both were confident was the incoming water line turned out to be the gas line. He very carefully cut into it. A small gas leak emerged. He used to work for P, G & E working on their gas lines. He repaired the line and improved my situation by taking the old line above ground and eliminating underground galvanized pipe that was deteriorating. The end result is so clean and logical looking and saved me from a possible future underground gas leak.

After spending the morning completing the gas line repair, he went under the house to review the plumbing and prepare to install the Flo Meter.

He found what looked like the incoming water line. However, it turned out to be an old incoming pipe that was never properly shut off during previous renovations to the house. The situation only became clear after the Flo Meter was fully installed and he attempted to turn back on the water to the house. It was installed on an inert water line.

Jordan never complained or lost his focus. He simply went back under the house and found the live incoming pipe that was buried into the outside wall. He removed the Flo unit from the first location and installed the meter in the proper location. Effectively he installed the meter twice for the price of one.

There was never a comment about additional charges. Jordan was motivated to get the job completed correctly. At the end of this long day (much longer than expected), he made sure that the Flo Meter app was properly working. He took the time to explain it to me and make sure that it was fully operational.

I am so appreciative of Jordan's depth of experience, his tenacity to stay after the proper solution, and his extremely helpful approach to his work. A less experienced, or less ethical, contractor would simply not have been able to effectively complete this job.

I cannot recommend ProPlumb highly enough.
