I was referred to AMW General Contracting by a friend. They assisted with water damage restoration services to rebuild my water closet and interior window framing. I was highly impressed by Andre's professionalism, reliability and customer service and am already planning future projects with the company.

We used AMW contracting multiple times and they were always very professional. Responsive. I personally worked with Daniel and he always seemed very knowledgeable and honest. FIVE STARS! We had a pike leak in our kitchen pantry and needed repairs. A friend highly recommended Andre Wolford and his AMW Team. We obtained quotes from three firms, and when Andre and Tim showed up, we immediately felt comfortable and confident that they would do a good job. They did a SPLENDID job! They kept us apprised through the process....showed up on time...were concientuous as my wife works at home some days...and even got along with our doggie Gidget. In the end, our kitchen pantry and kitchen area looks great and is even better than before. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND AMW GENERAL CONTRACTING!

AMW and Daniel Medina were punctual, professional, and did quality work. Our one bedroom condo was flooded from an upstairs dishwasher and there was drywall repair, painting and carpet repair and cleaning. They started work the day we signed the contract and finished the job earlier than expected. I would not hesitate to call them again. We’re currently in a multi-phase renovation of our home and after consulting with various general contractors, Andre and AMW General became the obvious choice. Organized, easy to understand proposals were the first step that were followed up by a delivery of high level craftsmanship quality in work completed.

One of my favorite qualities about Andre is that he provides options and makes sure the team and the owners are in full communication throughout the process. He lets you know when something is essential and when something can be substituted for something viable but maybe less expensive. This is why in a world of contracting and construction, Andre delivers peace of mind.

We just completed phase one of the renovations and I’m looking forward to having AMW complete the process on our mid-century home. We’re grateful to have found him and can’t recommend him enough. More pictures to follow as we complete the process.

On behalf of me and my grandmother there couldn't be more great things we could say about Andre and his team. He is a man of his word, trustworthy and a great communicator. His team has exceeded all expectations. When my grandmothers house burnt down from a fire we were recommended to Andre. Throughout the entire process he was excellent. He was sensitive to the loss of many items and helped navigate and keep our mind at peace through a highly emotional process for my grandma. We ended up contacting him again a few years later because we noticed some flooring that needed to be looked at. Not only did he respond right away but he got his team team out there and fixed it ASAP with no cost to my grandma. We couldn't recommend Andre and his team more!

We had AMW General remodel our kitchen. Our home is old and required alot of work to get us what we wanted. Both Andre and Daniel were kind, considerate, knowledgeable and always available to talk. These guys know what their doing, everyone of their employees are extremely kind and polite. Everyday that we came home it was clean and all debris removed from our property. We had an idea of what we wanted our kitchen to look like and they exceeded our expectations! They gave us some great ideas and a lot of support along the way. I highly recommend this company! Daniel Medina and team did great quality work. They were referred to us by our insurance company when we found a pin hole leak on our attic on our plumbing lines. They did the kitchen cabinets fully, did the painting , fixed the dry walls. Love thir work and will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for high quality work done on their home.

We called AMW General Contracting after our home flooded several inches deep. Andre and his team of professionals were quick to respond, courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way through the remediation process. I cannot say enough great things about this company and the quality of their work. We would absolutely use them again for other projects.

Water damage required that we demo and rebuild almost 40% of our home. This included demo and replacement of flooring, drywall, paint, wallpaper, cabinets, plumbing and countertops. Andre was referred to us by a friend and from the very beginning he was responsive, knowledgeable, honest and prompt. He has a great team and set of sub-contractors. We agreed on a scope and timeline and even with a tile delay (my fault, not his) he was able to make up the time and still complete the project in a very reasonable amount of time. The end product is top quality. Andre is a trustworthy person and is great to work with. We would absolutely use AMW contracting again in the future.

I cannot say enough about Andre and his workers. Last year, we had a major upstairs bathroom flood that leaked into our downstairs as well. The repair work them completed in 2022 included walls, floors, ceilings, bathroom remodels, and carpeting most of the house. Andre's workers did a great job, as our house now looks better than what it was before the flood. On top of the great work, Andre is a man of his word! When we completed the work last year, I asked him if he could have his workers come back to install three mirrors when we decided the ones we wanted. Due to our busyness, we did decide on the mirrors until eight months later. Even though we took so long to get the mirrors and contact Andre, he happily sent one of his awesome workers to install the mirrors. This is the kind of customer service that is lacking these days. If you have the misfortune to need a renovation due to some type of damage, you should not hesitate to contact Andre at AMW General Contracting! He and his workers are the best!

In late May 2018 AMW completed a remodel of our upstairs that involved an extensively remodeled bathroom and work on an adjoining bedroom and office. We interviewed seven contractors and were impressed by Andre's proposal and timeframe. His cost was reasonable. His work crews and subs were excellent. Along the way Andre pointed out several excellent changes and options that really appealed to us. Even with that, the job was completed within the time schedule (ten weeks). A minor delay occurred when it was necessary to repair some shoddy work done 30 years ago. Andre and the members of his team went above and beyond and were happy to help us with a few problems that were unrelated to the project and that we had no idea how to remediate. His tile and glass installation crews were especially meticulous. Clearly, Andre is a man of impeccable integrity. We would recommend AMW without reservation to anyone who needs a remodel contractor.

Andre and his crew are AWESOME! It’s hard to believe that we would still feel great about our contractors after an 8 month or so remodel job, but that’s what a great experience we had with AMW. AMW remodeled our 1980’s house from top to bottom — helping us through the entire process with solid communication and great attention to detail. Andre is a terrific project manager — always able to be reached and address any issues in a timely manner. His staff are professional and helpful, going above and beyond their job duties to assist with whatever is needed. Highly recommend AMW for all of your home remodel and restoration needs. I didn’t post any before photos here, but trust me, it was a complete transformation. We love our new (updated) home!
