The Labans team recently took over my master association The Landing and their two sub communities Terra and Luna in OC. Marissa submitted an excellent detailed proposal and George has lead the team onsite, and they have done an excellent job turning this property around! I have received praises from the Board for their above and beyond efforts.

Marissa and George in particular have been outstanding to work with. They’re both very responsive and quick to address. Any concerns or requests whenever adjustments are needed they handled them promptly and professional professionally which make a big difference in our day-to-day operations.

Overall, they are reliable, attentive, and easy to work with. I truly enjoy partnering with them and would highly recommend their services to other communities looking for dependable landscape management.

I had given this company a bad review, but after meeting with site supervisor Bernardo Perez, he gave us a solution to the problem, and come to find out, this company is a new company that is now taking care of our grounds. Our HOA property has never looked better since LaBahn has taken over. They are very service oriented, very responsive, very well trained, and very professional. Our representative is Chris Remmer and he especially has been available at any time to answer concerns and to do more than even asked. It has been a pleasure working with Julio Flores and his crew at our Chesapeake property. They keep it well maintained and provide good ideas for the property during the different seasons. Julio has always taken care of any issues I have had with the building's landscaping needs.

Since they took over, the community is looking much better and their service has been good on all fronts. They are accessible after hours with a quick response time. There are not enough accolades to properly convey the quality of work from LaBahn’s Landscaping service we received on several properties. As a Community Manager, I deal with dozens of vendors. Without doubt, our direct contact, Chris Remmer (Asst Branch Mgr./Sr. Acct Mgr.) is by far the best is Manager I have ever dealt with. Chris exemplifies everything a responsible, ethical vendor should be. This is true of the other members of the LaBahn’s team as well, including the office staff and the onsite crews.
