I have used and recommended Custom Air to multiple friends and family. Adam and his team are absolutely amazing! They are on time, knowledgeable and the quality of work is great. I have tried multiple different companies over the years and none of them compare to Custom Air. I can't give a high enough recommendation for this company!

I can not say enough nice things about Custom Air Specialists! Adam, is honest, takes pride in his work, and is a professional!

In the middle of a heat wave, with 4 kids and a pregnant wife with no AC at 105 degree whether outside, the urgency was dire. A total of 5 companies came out and said this machine is done, you need a new one, or to "fix" would be two-three thousand dollars. We finally had a community member give us a referral and spoke so highly of Adam, that we just needed to have him come out, and so he did, he gave his HONEST opinion, which was, replacement of one component costing a few hundred dollars, this Honest, caring and kind professional saved me and my family thousands that we currently don't have to replace the existing one.

Adam, cares about his customers like they are family, he charges fair prices where customers feel comfortable that they are not being taken advantage of and in todays world that is a concept you don't see much of anymore...

We will refer him to anyone who ever needs help with their HVAC! The quality of his workmanship speaks for itself!

We had an issue with our furnace in Castaic and discovered the motor was bad, which posed a serious safety risk. Custom Air Specialists diagnosed the problem, and the motor was replaced quickly. Their team was professional, explained everything clearly, and gave us peace of mind knowing our home is now much safer. Custom Air Specialist installed a brand new AC unit for my home this last summer. Not only did he provide a speedy service, him and his employees were also very efficient and professional. We were able to use our AC Unit in just a few days of it being installed with no problems! I highly recommend this business if you are in need of a new AC!

A friend of mine recommended I give Adam and Nick a call to fix my broken A/C, I had got an estimate from another company and was told I needed a new unit, Adam came out and was very pleasant and seemed like he really wanted to fix the problem, after working on the unit for 10 minutes he discovered a loose wire and fixed it! The past several weeks have been very difficult for me as I've struggled facing a cold temperature in my house because of a broken furnace. Given my past experience with workers in the home improvement area , I was not looking forward to this. Too often I dealt with unfriendly and dishonest people when I tried to get estimate for work needed to be done in my house. After talking to few friends I got recommendation for Adam and Nick from Custom Air Specialist. I called them and they came on time. From the very beginning I was pleased with their professional attitude.
They gave me an estimate and left me with few options to think about. I eliminate all other estimates I had and I called them again. They came back on time and went over entire project, took measurements explaining everything to me in details all about the job, what needs to be done, time and price.
Three days later they came and started the job and finished it in a timely matter. I am very happy with the job they produced. They were efficient, friendly, polite and they thoroughly cleaned after themselves, inside and outside when they were done. The point they raised about the new electric heat pump made me think of aspects in my life in a different way and I am glad I chose to switch to that system, so I had them install a complete system and new ducting.
It is becoming all too rare these days to find a company that goes to such great lengths to satisfy its customers. I hope their success will show others that old fashion hard work, care and consideration for customers are values that are rewarded in our society. Adam, Nicolas, and Justin were all amazing. They were able to take care of our issue within a day of calling and went above and beyond while they were here. They were kind, curtious, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. Would definately recommend them!

My wife and I were getting quotes a head of time for complete replacement of our HVAC/ducts. Nick was at our house the next day and provided us with our quotes in real time. AC is essential in Santa Clarita. Custom Air Specialists found and installed the perfect slimline unit for my narrow walkway outside and it has worked like a gem! In the approximate 10 years that I’ve owned it there has been 2 occasions that it needed parts replaced as that’s what happens with age. On both occasions thinking I may have to suffer sleeping at night for a day or days and my wife adding more stress to the situation, CAS was at my house the day of the phone call and had my unit back up and running within an hour. Plain and simply put, I will only call CAS for any of my AC (and heating) needs. They show up. They do the job. They are awesome!
