We just purchased a home and have been doing a lot of updates. We're working with Max Electric to replace the knob and tube wiring, and they recommended Denali for patching.

When we reached out to Denali, Alex responded immediately. It was so easy to get scheduled. They coordinated with Max Electric and getting set up was seamless.

They patched our walls quickly, and it was very well done. After seeing how good of a job they did, I asked if they could skim coat a few rooms in our house. Our kitchen and living room came with layers of old paint, cracks, and lumpy texture. Alex and Dennis's crew fixed the cracks and were able to get the texture so smooth. I couldn't be happier.

They offered great advice when choosing paint colors. While they were painting the walls, they recommended replacing the window trim in a few rooms. Now that the smooth walls looked so much nicer, the old trim stood out in comparison. They replaced the trim and it made SUCH a difference.

When they finished, they cleaned up and put everything back where it was when they started. They also fixed some little things here and there (doors that wouldn't close, etc.) without us asking. I am beyond impressed.

My house feels so cozy now. I absolutely love the work they did. They were kind, approachable, and did a great job. We're planning to work on the exterior of the house and I will definitely be reaching back out to Alex and Dennis.

Dennis and crew did a great job fixing, sanding, and priming the many holes and gaps in our drywall after we had construction done. The patching is professional and easy to paint.

Alex and Dennis could not have done a better job! Bathroom floor and shower tiling were PERFECT. Paint was spectacular. Odd jobs they did were also done very professionally (putting up flat-screen, installing lights etc.) Hard-wood floors, vanity, mirrors. Nice guys too! Highly recommended...

Excellent job building a steam barrel sauna for my client in San Francisco! Alex and his team were great to work with. Tons of details, from carpentry, electrical, to finishing with this sauna! They customized some components that were around the heater and arm rests that were much cleaner than the supplied design. Their attention to details and thorough work until the job was done was much appreciated! I would highly recommend.

I am part of the Management Team of a small school in Sausalito. Denali Building Improvements laid down the bamboo flooring for one of our large, new rooms. The job was tricky because the floor had to blend with the one in the adjacent room, which is a few inches higher. We didn’t want a step because we worried that the kids would trip when walking from one room to the next. The guys did an incredible job, creating a gradual ramp between the two spaces and linking the flooring in the two rooms seamlessly. The floors look great and the difference is not even noticeable!

Denali Building Improvement did an outstanding job on our home after a major knob-and-tube electrical project. They patched over 60 holes throughout the house and then painted everything to look seamless. You honestly wouldn’t know the walls and ceilings had been opened up at all.

Alex and his crew did an excellent job patching dozens of holes in our old plaster walls created during a full electrical rewiring project. It’s basically impossible to tell where the walls had been opened up. They also performed other related work, including suggesting and executing on a great option for minimizing the impact to our countertops resulting from the installation of a new oven. Not only that, Alex was a pleasure to work with: responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. All the work was done on schedule at a very fair price. Highly recommended.
