I can't speak highly enough about Tom. Most uniquely, he spends time thinking about the problem and then fixes the root causes, rather than just throwing out some random band-aid. While working on the current issue, he gave me good advice on general maintenance other plumbing issues that will be valuable later. He showed up quickly and finished over the weekend despite being overbooked with many other jobs. His work was first rate and the price very fair. Legato is a much better option than the big firms where you are never sure of the quality of the individual technician who shows up.

My Insurance required that I install gas and water shut off valves in order to secure insurance. I found Tom on yelp. He had great reviews. After dealing with so many plumbers, I am thrilled that I found Tom. He is very professional and keeps his word about appointments and is efficient and is a reasonable. He will be the person I call for all my future, Plumbing needs. I highly recommend him.

Tom came over within the hour when we had a plumbing emergency. He took the time to explain the cause of our plumbing issue and how he was going to approach fixing the issue. He provided friendly service and made the repairs on time and at the agreed cost. Highly recommended. Thank you Tom!

We have been very happy with Legato Plumbing in the past but Tom went above and beyond for us when we had a recent emergency. We woke up early on a Saturday morning to find our main water line had broken at the meter and was flooding our yard. Tom responded to our text right away and came to our house to make sure it was turned off. Then, after working all day with a previously scheduled customer, came back and put in a new pipe and fitting in the dark so our water could be turned back on. He is the best and we highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Tom is the best! Installed Moen Flo, auto gas off device, new toilet, and fixed a shower issue! Transparent and clear communication.

Tom Is very professional he shows up on time gets the job done but best of all he explains everything in clear Detail.. He also has a great relationship with vendors so he has the newest best equipment options available for high-end construction concerning plumbing needs. I’m always amazed about how honest he is and affordable these options are that he provides.

We have used Legato Plumbing for a few projects now, booster pump installation, whole home water filter, smart water shut off, re-piping a copper irrigation line on our deck, and removing a drain stub-out in our foundation. Tom has always done a great job, prices have been very reasonable and he is very good at explaining the work and making sure we are happy with the job. Unlike a lot of people who just show up, do the job and leave, Tom actually cares about doing the job right and making sure it’s exactly what we want. We will continue to use his services in the future.

Called them at 4:30 on a Friday for a leak from our upstairs neighbors. Total emergency. Tom and Andre were on another job, but they said they would come after they finished up. Whew!! They got here at 6:30 and the job required a bit more work than anticipated, yet they worked for another hour and a half into the night to complete the repairs. Our hero’s! Great guys. Friendly and competent. Will use again for any plumbing jobs not just emergencies.

I had a plumbing emergency last at 3:30 pm on a Sunday. Toilets were overflowing and it was a mess. I called several plumbers who couldn’t come. Luckily I reached Legatto plumbing, one of the best I’ve ever used. He was thorough, super nice and reasonable. I would, without reservation, recommend Tom.

Awesome service! Came within a few hours of me calling, debugged and fixed the issue, provided me information for a longer term fix with my normal plumber. 10/10 would recommend. Also a reasonable price!
