I was having an issue with a water heater that I believed may be related to the electrical system. I called and explained the situation. I happened to live close to one of their offices and they had an electrician, Paul, at my house within 5 minutes. He was very friendly and checked several different areas with the connection to confirm the electrical was working. This helped me rule out where the problem was coming from and get the water heater repaired. I’d call AO again if I needed anything.

Juan was on time, very professional and a good communicator and problem solver. He did high quality work and took pride in his work. We are very pleased and highly recommend Alpha Omega Electric and Juan.

Alpha Omega Electric has been the most responsive, knowledgeable, and professional electrical company I have worked with. We have had some significant electrical work done to our home over the past 5 years and at this point I have worked with several local electricians, but Alpha Omega rises to the top of the businesses I have worked with because of their excellent customer service and unmatched reliability and service. Duncan, who answers the phone when you call and deals with scheduling your work (as well as many other things) is friendly, honest, and so knowledgeable! He was able to answer every question I had and I appreciated how transparent he was through the whole process ensuring I understood my options and what the most financially smart choice would be. Luis, the electrician who came and did the work, was also so knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient with his time as he is aware that he is paid hourly so every second costs his client money. Although he was efficient, Luis also took the time to give me honest feedback, answer any questions I had, and explained exactly what he found after investigating our panel and fixing the electrical issue we had. Thank you, Alpha Omega for going so far beyond our expectations with your efforts! We will absolutely be using this company in the future.

We are so happy with AOE! They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Our project consisted of adding 2 new outlets in garage and 3 outside, adding kitchen lights, fixing garage light, and updating a breaker. All done in less than 4 hours. Fast and efficient. Paul and Leandro are so friendly and were very patient with our questions. We were very impressed with Leandro, and he has a great mentor in Paul. We learned that Leandro is much younger than we thought. We thought he was older because of his maturity, respectfulness, skill, and efficient and clean work. Great to see such diligence and initiative in a young adult.
