Never had a better experience with any of my construction needs. They finished my siding before the estimated time and super clean work! Gavin was a pleasure to deal with. He returned my calls every time within 30-45 mins in most cases. I recommend to everyone I know to go with them.

Gavin has a really hard working crew, they tidied up at the end of each day, worked long hours and did an excellent job of replacing the sidings! GS Construction has done a lot of work on the Seven Springs development in Cupertino. I would highly recommend them!

I got referred to GS Construction by one of my neighbors. They got referred to GS by another neighbor. Several houses in our community all used GS Construction to completely replaced the siding. All of us seems to be very happy on the result. The pricing is very competitive, and the team who did the project is very professional. Highly recommended.

Gavin and his crew did an excellent job, very professional and
cleaned up the site at the end of each day. Gavin also worked to
accomodate and was flexible with the windows contractor. Gavin and his crew
are very responsive and addressed any concerns or questions we had right away.

We had a fantastic experience with GS Construction. Our house looks so beautiful now!We are very happy with the end result. There were some timing hiccups due to shortages (covid shortages) and Gavin always communicated what was going on and got the crew back as soon as supplies were available. We also replaced windows, fixed some electrical, and had some painting done. Everyone we used was a recommendation of Gavins and they all did a great job. We are very glad we chose GS Construction for our project.

We needed to replace siding on our 28-year-old home. I saw Gavin's crew working down the street on another home. I made contact and was secure enough to offer a contract. Everything went as promised and even more. They coordinated well with other work I had going on. I had concerns about doing this work during the winter months, but was never left vulnerable as promised. Great communication and overall experience. Very pleased.

We recently hired Gavin Construction to replace our entire house siding. Gavin's team was professional, punctual and paid close attention to details through out the project. Jose and team kept the worksite tidy at the end of the day. We also replaced our windows with new Milgard V400 Tuscany series windows installed. We could tell the difference inside the house before and after the installation. We couldn't be happier with the results of the project. We had the pleasure of working with Gavin (GS Construction) for the entire re-siding of our house using James Hardie Siding. Gavin's knowledge of the product, his reliability and his efficient, hardworking crew made the investment in our home worth the expense. Gavin replaced old siding and trim with Hardie fiber cement (primed for paint) on our apartment building in Mountain View, CA. The process from beginning to end was easy. From initial meet up and estimates, anticipating potential issues along the way, demo and hauling, ordering materials and scheduling his crew efficiently, coming up with ideas and solutions, and being on top of inspections and sign-offs with the city, Gavin and his team did a great job.
