Ernesto and this team are wonderful and trustworthy. I had a toilet clog after moving into my new home. After some research he found some issues with my plumbing that needed to be fixed to elevate future problems. I've already recommended his services to friends. Thank you for all your help!

Ernesto came and saved the day! He fixed our toilet clog in no time and even offered to help look at some electrical questions we were having with our new house! He went above and beyond and provided great service and we highly recommend him!

I called Vmax Plumbing to find and fix a leak in ceiling of my roommates room. In no time at all, the problem (a leaky sink) was found and fixed. Service was fast, efficient and FRIENDLY! Ernesto walked me through every bit of the process - which kept me super calm. This emergency, which could've taken a day or two to address with any other plumbing company, was taken care within such short period of time. I'm super grateful and can go to work tomorrow focused on the task at hand!

Their office emailed/called several times to update time of arrival and price estimate. The plumber arrived on time with the tools and parts needed. He cleared the drain/main line and replaced the kitchen sink trap. I would highly recommend V-Max Plumbing.

To express how fortunate I feel to have stumbled across this plumbing service would be an understatement. Ernesto was honest, on time, and responsive. Other services were pushing for services that would have cost me an arm and a leg, but Ernesto was honest, explained the process and gave me an HONEST opinion. I keep using the word honest because I really felt like he was trying to help instead of upsell me a service I did not need. In the end, he obviously got the job done. His number has been permanently saved on my phone for any future jobs needed!

Woke up to a nightmare pipe leak. Flooded closet with saturated carpet seeping into our hardwood floors. My family and I first thought it was our water heater but then questioned it after the flooded closet. I found Ernesto on Yelp and gave them a call. Not even an hour later he was here assessing our nightmare. Not only was he super kind, professional and a genuine person, he explained everything he was doing and even taught me certain things to know if a leak emergency ever happened again (god forbid).He was efficient and thorough. He also gave his professional opinions about future needs without me feeling like he was trying to sell me something or urgency to brake my bank that is already in a bind. He was also fair with pricing and shared future options for work that would be costly in order for my family to save up but also get the job done correctly/up to code. My dad was always the one to do the plumbing work but now that’s not an option he has always been weary of plumbing services ripping people off. My dad even said “we found our life long plumber”..I know this may not mean alot to anyone reading this but let me tell you, for him to say that, says a lot. I recommend this family owned and operated business to anyone. No regrets and Ernesto is leaving a house that what was a stressed family, to feeling like a weight was lifted off our shoulders. He also gave us a contact for someone he works with, to come out to assess a claim for possible home owner insurance compensation. He has been nothing short of amazing. Thank you Ernesto, your work is admirable and we are grateful of your experience and your ethical business practices.

I requested a commercial service on my business unfortunately I wasn’t being able to be there, but my employees where there They speak very good Spanish and we’re able to take care of the problem. Five stars on my book

Ernesto the owner goes above and beyond to satisfy his clients! If they are running late he keeps the client posted via calls and texts! He also has the latest and greatest in technology He has very knowledgeable employees who are efficient and explain thoroughly what they will do! I’ve used him for replacing a water heater, clearing out main drain's and now hose bibs.. I highly recommend V Max Plumbers .. I’m even thinking of hiring him to paint my 2 1/2 story house. He does it all and is extremely honest!

Excellent plumbing replaced my pop up assembly. Previous plumber was not professional and found the best. V-Max plumbing was the best plumbing company I’ve ever used. I am a senior and he explained everything patiently and well to me.

Technically I didn’t use V-Max Plumbing but after the assistance they provided me, I will definitely use and recommend them in the future! I was experiencing dryer issues and Ernesto patiently walked me through some trouble shooting steps (including texting him pictures) to determine if it was a plumbing or electrical issue. After figuring out it wasn’t a plumbing issue, he was kind enough to provide a recommendation to boot. All of this free of charge! The professionalism and kindness Ernesto exhibited speaks volumes about V-Max as a company. Thank you again Ernesto!

Ernesto and his team came the very next day after I called him (non emergency slow drain). They communicated the entire time before arriving and during clearing the line (drain clogged past trap so unable to unclog with normal equipment). I know my pipes are older and I asked Ernesto about my options regarding repiping / pipe lining etc. He explained all my options with pros / cons and also included some information on effective ways to keep the line clear from hair. He even told me the lines look ok for now and what to look for if any leaks do develop. I scheduled a time for his team to come back and quote some preventive items so we don’t have any major issues and I feel confident I’ll get a real cost quote and excellent work. The space they worked on was left cleaner than when they arrived.
