We have been using them for 7years now. Very professional and clearly know what they are doing. Highly recommended. Best of the best. My birds of paradise, banana trees, Palm Trees and lemon trees have never looked better. The owner is responsive and very professional

Sherman Oaks Tree Service is professional, licensed and insured. The owner has lived in Sherman Oaks for decades. He responds to calls quickly, the work is done expeditiously and cleanup is taken care of. I just called Gregg because I had a very tall, dead tree hanging over the hill in front of my house posing a danger to my home or the street below.

He was here to check it out the very same day I called, and within a few days they took it down. I have also used them for my brush clearance since I moved to my home in 1994.

I highly recommend and trust this company.

We recently hired Sherman Oaks Tree Service to trim back a large, overgrown Japanese Black Pine tree in our front yard.
Supervisor Oscar was very responsive to our requirements and established excellent communication with us.
Tree trimmer Giovanni did a great job removing large branches over our house and driveway as well as cleaning out and shaping the tree.
The team took care to protect the plants under and near the pine tree. Their removal of debris and general cleanup was thorough.
Everyone was very professional and courteous, and the price was reasonable. We highly recommend this company!

I called the office and set up an appt. to have Sherman Oaks Tree Svc. come out to give a cost on trimming 4 trees. Oscar Linares came out, gave me a cost of $2,500. Oscar then gave me an invoice with the work details and put the date on the work order, which I signed. When the day came, he and his guys never showed up. I called and texted Oscar but no reply or call. My best guess is that he wasn't aware that the work date was Memorial Day and didn't feel it was necessary to let me know he'd made an error on the date. Oscar seemed very capable and gave good advice, I felt confident in him. Oscar had told me regarding his abilities, "you're not going to find any better". Someone needs to tell him, to be "the best", you need to be professional, you should treat people with common courtesy, he failed on both counts and wasted my day. The company called a few times about 2 months later. I didn't answer but am guessing they were looking for work, read my review or both.
