Kyle was super nice and knowledgeable. He quickly found the issue with our system and recommended several minor updates to help make the system more efficient. He was friendly and courteous. But, most of all, he was professional!

Kevin was very knowledgeable. We didn’t rush him, he just did a very thorough job. He was clean - booties on, booties off, booties on, booties off, you get the picture. He told us what we should be aware of and what looked good. We have never had a questionable tech from Good Guys Heating & Cooling. They really are the best.

The overall customer experience was a 10 starting from the appointment being set with clear expectations and followed up onsite with our techs Jason and Brad who exceeded our expectations as well. I can’t say enough good things about this company and it starts with Bill & Ashley.

Jason came out to diagnose an issue with my HVAC. He quickly found the issue and fixed it. Very happy with his professionalism and kindness. Great company!

Kenny Rodriguez is the best. He arrived on time, was very professional, and friendly. The maintenance he performed was included with the purchase of the HVAC system. However, he also asked if there was anything else he could do and ended up helping me with a couple of smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in the house. This was not a required task but kindly volunteered.

The Good Guys are the BEST! Mike showed up right on time, explained everything he was gonna do and did more. He tuned up the furnace, checked the compressor, the thermostat and changed the filters. He even dusted the intake in the ceiling cause I can’t reach it, even on a ladder. And he was sweet to my dog and let him “help”. I love the personal, considerate, professional and kind service this company provides.

Jason and Joe came out and provided great service. The customer service at good guys heating and cooling has always been superb. Jason even helped set up some mouse and bug traps for me which was not necessary.

Mike did a great job as always. He is professional and always on time. We can always count on him for honesty and workmanship. We recommend Mike at Good Guys heating and air.

I used the Good Guys today for a heat/air tune up and I was extremely happy with my service. Technician Jacob Orr responded and completed a thorough inspection of our heater/AC system with a couple recommendations after, which I very much appreciated (and knew about). Jacob used to teach heat/air systems in the college setting so you’ll get an expert technician who you can tell likes his job and who cares about the quality service he provides. Five stars for Good Guys and for Jacob!!!

Jason is a very explanatory person, very precise. Nice young man👍. Jason is a very smart guy n communicates very thoroughly👍. His sssistats t was great also. I am HAPPY!!😁. Will check in next month about Panel board replacement. JOB WELL DONE👍

Brad MC, the service person from Good Guys was superb in every respect. His knowledge of the HVAC system and his demeanor were top notch.

I was going to try and do it my self…. Very glad i didn’t. Tim found some problems with holes in the heat exchanger that I would never have checked. So glad I call a professional. He came in got right to work and looked well beyond what I would have done.

Kenny was great. Same day appointment to check and tune my heating system. He explained everything he did and made suggestions to improve performance. I joined the maintenance plan.really great service.

Jason and Joseph were very thorough during the inspection phase on my system and did excellent work cleaning my unit and installing my new air purifying system. Their customer service is old school and top notch! Thank you Good Guys for hiring excellent good guys!! ;)

I had a great experience with my recent HVAC tune-up from Jason and Joe. They walked me through everything they were doing, answered all my questions, and gave some helpful tips for keeping my system running efficiently. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t try to push any sales or products I didn’t want. Just honest, straightforward service with no pressure unlike other company I had before.

Jason explain very well what needs to be done to make our A/C running again .
He thoroughly check everything, diagnose what causes the unit not to run, and give advice on how to prevent thing from happening again. He also point out maintenance that needs to be done to our old unit.
He is a good tech rep that knows how to explain that makes you feel comfortable that he know what he is doing. Very knowledgeable, polite and respectful. Jason Lee your the man

Brad McElvain did such an awesome and thorough job during our furnace tune-up. He took the time to clean everything, replaced our air filter, and made sure everything was running properly. We also really appreciated that he gave us helpful suggestions for improving air quality now that we have a newborn at home. Super professional, kind, and thoughtful.. highly recommend! thank you Brad!

Tim was on-time, efficient and thorough. He patiently answered all my questions. He explained things and took pictures so I could understand. He made recommendations but wasn't pushy. He was professional and personable.

Jason was great for our heater tune-up. He showed up on time, explained what he was checking, and worked efficiently. Everything was left clean and our heater is running smoother. Solid, professional service—would definitely call him again

Jason and Joe stopped by today to do a winter maintenance check on my heating system, they were both great! They were extremenly professional and thorough in their work. Jason was out in the summer and checked on my air conditioning unit and gave me a list of preventiative maintenace which was very helpful so I can work it into my budget and plan ahead. I will definely call Good Guys when I get the work done.
