I'm thoroughly satisfied.

They completely dropped the ball on keeping me updated about my order arrival. I waited and waited, but no one ever called to let me know it had arrived. It took two calls to even get someone's attention, and then a 20-minute wait for them to return my call. When they finally did, they revealed that the delivery had been made to the construction site next door since 8am - almost three hours prior. Unbelievable lack of communication.
