Nick is extremely responsive and dependable. We had a blockage in a 40 year old cast iron pipe from the kitchen sink. He spent time cleaning it up and inspected the pipe with a camera all the way down. He didn't try to oversell us and charged a very reasonable amount for the work. Nice guy and great work!

Nick is great. super responsive, fast in both showing up and fixing the issue. His work has stood the test of time and so we are very happy to have him come back for any issues. His prices are very reasonable and he has given us great advice to keep cost down and prevent future issues from arising. Overall highly recommend Nick at Simi Valley emergency Plumbing.

I’ve used Nick more times than I could count, he shows up usually within hours if not the next day for nonemergencies, he’s efficient kind does gorgeous work and he’s the only Plumber that I trust!

Nick is awesome. I had a clogged drain line and he came out on a Sunday and cleared it out real quick. He noticed some issues a previous plumber had done and I’ll be calling him to come out and make those changes so they are correct.

Nick the owner is very honest and easy to make an appointment with. He always gives a quote in an invoice and then a final receipt for your records. Nick came on a Sunday for our mobile home water heater and was able to change it out even thou it was not. Common size! He uses great lasting materials on his jobs. He did not charge me an emergency fee nor a weekend fee.

Nick shows up in the time frame he gave us. He was again extremely considerate and personable. Nick listens to what the customer has to say about the plumbing issue, then quickly determines the right course of action. He uses great equipment, is thorough, and gets the job done well, without a lot of intrusion.
We love that he’s thoughtful enough to explain things, so that we know what’s going on with the plumbing he’s fixing. After his first time here, we felt we could trust him, so this second call was a no-brainer. We’ll be calling Nick from now on.

What a speedy and smooth transaction. Nick is a professional. We needed a toilet replaced. Nick picked up my first phone call immediately and answered all my questions prior to making a decision. He communicated and confirmed our appointment for installation and informed me of the cost upfront. He removed our old toilet and installed our new one within an hour and left the area spotless. I will definitely be calling on this company again for my plumbing needs.

Nick was great. He arrived within an hour of my call even though it was after hours around dinner time. He was able to identify the issue with my water heater and tell me what part that needed to be replaced. He helped me look if the water heater was under warranty, it was, and so I ordered the part needed. He will be back to install a new burner once it gets delivered. He was also able to fix my master bath shower that wasn’t draining.

I recently hired Simi Valley Emergency Plumbing to fix a possible clogged pipe, and to check as to why my hot water was now lukewarm. I was so glad I called, and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and professional, scheduling an appointment at a convenient time for me.
