Swinks Creations is the best. I had them landscape my front and backyard and I have the best looking yards in my neighborhood. The best part is they did exactly what they said they would do and they completed everything on time. Highly recommend them if you have landscaping needs.

We had a great experience with Swinks Creations. After a short consultation where they came and understood what we were looking for, they built out our patio, a freestanding BBQ island, and a mini basketball court, and everything turned out exactly how we wanted!

Super easy to work with, good communication the whole way, they started and finished the job to the timeline they committed and the quality of the work is great. The space looks amazing and we’re using it all the time now.

We found Swink’s through referral from a friend who had a positive experience. Her backyard was beautiful but much larger than ours and I wasn’t sure if they did smaller jobs. Well, they do all kinds of outdoor creations! We were so impressed by their vision for our space. Not only did they help us realize our vision but they were efficient and communicated every step of the way. They kept to our budget, were thorough and did quality work and kept to the timeline. I can’t speak more highly of them and our experience. I highly recommend Swink’s.

Redid our backyard and pool beautifully. Excellent work, very responsive and responsible.

This Past March we signed up with Mark to take our old pool out and build a new backyard creation. It took only three design rendos by Mark and his designers to nail it. It was something to watch Mark walk around with his blue paint drawing our new reality like Michangelo. He had one restriction(besides budget) and it was to work around the existing palm trees and not damage them. His team executed the destruction and construction with masterful precision and on time. Everyone on his team are polite and respectful, so be sure and ask lots of questions to understand and get the best results.
There were a few less than perfect items However with integrating the old and the new irrigation and landscaping; water leaks went without repair the gate was broken until the end of the job.
However, in the end, they made it all right and that is why they have our 5-star rating!

Swinks did an amazing job of revising our back yard, upgrading parts of it, installing a drainage system, and building dg sections that both reduce my weeding burden and add a touch of elegance to the landscaping. They took my largely verbal description, added ideas and exceeded my expectations while sticking to our agreed to price. Touchdown!

We were very satisfied with our whole experience, from Mark coming for estimate to the final run thru with Kou! Kou was very easy to reach, returned texts always. Each crew had a Forman of which were all very professional. All crews came at 8-8:30 lunch for 45, done around 4:00 every day, cleaned up every day!!! All and all we would recommend them 100%, of witch I have done few times already!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our backyard! Thank you!!

Swink's completely remodeled our backyard and we could not be happier. From a great design (Joe) to the final completion, this is a first class operation. Every night we received a text message letting us know what would happen the next day and who would be at our house. From the project manager (Kou) who led the parade to every tradesperson (Edwin, Chuchu, Santos, Bo, Luis, Larry, Brian Cesar and Carl) who worked at our house, every person was pleasant to deal with and respectful. Every one was a pro in their field. Every tradesperson made subtle suggestions along the way to enhance the design. We went with all of them. When we threw in a couple of change orders, they didn't flinch. They handled the permits, the sign offs and coordinated with a spa vendor that we had hired. The result was beyond our very high expectations. Oh - and they came in on budget. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We have had our home for 20 years. We have been through a number of contractors and renovations. Swinks Creations was one of the best! They transformed our backyard. From the estimate and design with Mark to the execution with Kou, and the updates with Angel, everyone was professional and easy to reach. Thank you!

Swink's added an Elitewood patio cover in our backyard. It is quickly becoming our favorite room of the house. The crew was professional and cleaned up every day when they finished work. The brick work at the footings is exceptional! We are very pleased!

So glad that I hired SWINK's to repair and replace some of the concrete hardscape surrounding my pool. They were able to almost perfectly match 20 year old existing concrete. The difference is almost unnoticeable. The repair they did to the three river rock in my spa was just as good.
I loved how they cleaned up every day before they left the job site and showed up early the next morning to get the job done. I highly recommend them for any hardscaping or landscaping needs!

I'm so happy we chose Swinks to remodel our backyard. Every aspect of the process was smooth and professional and the result was exactly how I envisioned it. Our project manager, Kou, responded to every single issue we came across (non of which were directly their fault) quickly and solved every problem no matter how tedious they were - and he's just an all around good guy. Angel, in the office, was always communicating and letting us know what to expect throughout the process. Their horticulturalist, Carl, is an expert and really helped us turn our soft-scape into something special. Every crew member and subcontractor were professional and just a pleasure to be around - which is so important when you're spending multiple months interacting with them. And despite having the job done during crazy inflation, they only ended up roughly $500 over-budget. We couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Never had such a good experience with contractors. Total back and front makeover of yards, retaining walls, etc. Price was fair, job was very well done, on time, great design, professional from start to finish. Almost can't believe a company like this exists. Made everything easy.

We just finished with Swink's and they did a beautiful job transforming our backyard from weeds to a beautiful setting. They were an easy company to work with. Carl really knows his trees and plants and was very assistful in helping us pick out what would best suit the areas involved. Both Carl and Kou were great and helpful all along the way, making sure things were done to our satisfaction. Kudos also goes to all the men who did the demo work, planting, putting in sprinklers and lights, and all the other little touches to ensure all worked well. All were all very professional.

From the first site walk for an estimate to the final check list, we knew we were in knowledgeable hands with Swink's creations. They installed a pool/spa combo and retaining wall for us. Our project team including Kou and Blaise were extremely responsive. They always answered, phone calls, texts, and emails promptly. Each crew that came in to do work was professional and cleaned up the work site at the end of each day. We would recommend Swink's for any project.

We used Swinks to design and build a pool in our backyard and do the surrounding landscaping. Had a great experience. The work was high quality and the crews were great. Kou was great to work with and managed the project well. He was very communicative and responsive to my questions/concerns. Would highly recommend.

What an incredible, positive experience. I contacted 7 companies and interviewed 5. Peter was heads and tails above everyone else as far as being detail oriented, offering options and listening to what I wanted. This is a one stop shop to pick out tile/concrete/landscape etc., prepare the design and landscape plan etc. Throughout the process Angel was patient and thoughtful, immediately taking care of questions and changes. The company is a well oiled machine with different crews for each phase of the job. All professional and respectful of the property. Quality products were used and everyone at the company was super patient and responsive. My project manager Kou was amazing, knowledgeable and made sure everything was perfect. Carl and Francisco ensured a terrific landscape plan. I made some changes along the way and there were no problems at all. Demolition of the old yard to completion 3 months. Not one glitch or annoyance. I now have an inviting and relaxing yard with a beautiful pool, spa and firepit. Even after completion a few things came up and someone from Swink's immediately took care of it. Everyone really cares about doing things perfectly and making a customer happy. Can't say enough great things about this company.

Swink's Creations renovated my 50+ year old pool. They performed extensive repairs, updated the circulation system, and replastered it. This involved tile, and brick work on the pool surround. My project manager Kou, was an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with. Both he and everyone from Swink's communicated regularly about the what I could expect each week and were very responsive whenever any issues arose. The work was top notch. Although you might get a cheaper quote elsewhere, you can't buy the dedication and personal investment Swink's took in the project. I'm proud to support this family owned company. I can't recommend them highly enough!

They did a great job for our backyard project (Pool, spa, composite deck, etc.). They completed the project 10 days earlier than the initial date promised. Project manager Kou is very responsive to text messages and calls. He is very patient and informs you very well at every phase of the project. Their team does a great job in scheduling various teams in a timely manner and planning the project timeline well ahead of time. The owner Mark is very experienced and trustworthy. They have an upfront pricing and it does not change unless you change your materials and modify your design during your project.

We had a wonderful experience working with Swink's Creations! Our backyard is beautiful and we enjoy it every day. We had a pool created, a new pergola installed along with a new patio, artificial turf and landscape. As a project manager myself, the best 2 compliments I can give their entire team are 1) how well organized their operation is and 2) how nice, caring and kind hearted their entire team were.

The biggest compliment we got (over and over), came from other construction teams working on our home. "We've never seen a whole yard be built this fast." This is very much in part to our project manager, Blaise. He is the absolute best! Blaise is top notch at many aspects, but for me, time management, problem solving and thoughtfulness made our job super smooth. One of the nicest and hardest working people you will ever meet.

In addition, some mentionable shoutouts to the entire team: Cesar who was great to work with on deliverables and appointments, Charlie on the plumbing, Jerry on the concrete work, Frank with the installations and electrical, Carl with all the horticulture expertise and landscape design, Santos with landscaping and Marcos with the excavation. Not to mention, Renee and the entire office team.

Every day was utilized with some aspect of the project. In the course of a few months with a large scope, we never stalled or took off time. Crazy!

Finally, we want to thank the owner, Mark Swink. We had the opportunity to work with Mark as well, who treated us like family and made sure we were always happy.
