We 100% recommend this company! We had a tile leak that destroyed our master bathroom. The owenr came out and spent at least 2 hours with us designing our new bathroom. Communication with thiscompany was top notch! Any concerns or questions were immediately addressed and taken care of.

Soho Contruction was working on my neighbor's ADU. They were very happy with Soho, so I hired them for my ADU. They were very attentive for a very small kitchen addition of 81 SF. I am very happy with the results. Brandon was the super for my project. He was always availble to discuss any issues I had and is still available to give me advice on other issue I have at my house, not related to their work.

Used Simply Great Remodeling for a kitchen and bath renovation in our home, from the start working with them was easy and made me very comfortable, It is clear these guys are pros and take their work very seriously. Soho Construction did a wonderful job remodeling the entire interior of my home. Soho did a complete remodel of 2 bathrooms and the kitchen, they installed hard flooring throughout the entire house, painted the entire interior, etc. Communication during the construction process was excellent, Soho's team was easy to reach and responses were prompt. Their pricing was fair and the only deviation from their proposed budget was for a few things that were not in the original estimate, i.e. replacing a few doors. I would like to give a shout out to Fernando, the construction supervisor, he was fantastic and told me "there are no problems, just solutions". In addition, after living in the house a few months post-remodel, I encountered a few minor issues and wasn't sure if it was a construction problem or had something to do with some of the new fixtures. Soho sent Fernando out to look at my concerns and he was able to resolve most of the issues on the spot. There was only one issue, a small crack in the new kitchen ceiling, that required repair whereby Soho promptly scheduled the repair and completed the repair in a timely manner.

Working with Soho Construction is a great experience. I work with them on the Architecture Projects, Nir and Matan has always been upholding the best quality of work that we can provide to clients. You will have a great experience with the design and construction process as they understand what it means to uphold the best standard practices. The company culture has always been great, and it is really nice to be working with people that has great values which is something that I think is very important when doing business. When you are happy on what you do, you will accomplish many great things. I will definitely recommend working with Soho on projects.

It was so refreshing to work with Soho and see our designs come to life. Nir and his team made the process seamless and planned every phase out while providing effective communication with us and the clients. Danny and the Simply Great Remodeling team were by far the best contractors/home remodelers I’ve worked with in my many years of homeownership. We recently completed a large flooring project with them where our ~3000sqft home had all of the existing flooring removed, subfloor leveled, and new luxury vinyl plank installed. From the initial meeting to the very last day of the project, Danny and the entire crew were extremely friendly, understanding, sympathetic, and were excellent communicators. Danny was always within easy reach via a text or phone call. The crew always showed up on time or early, took great care of the home, were enjoyable to work with (and just generally cool, nice people), and cleaned up after themselves (both inside and out). It is also important to mention that every single employee I worked with from Simply Great Remodeling took great pride in their work, and offered multiple solutions to various challenges and unforeseen issues that we encountered (as always happens with any construction project). On many occasions, the crew took extra time to propose multiple solutions to these challenges to ensure we were 100% happy. They also all enjoyed working for Danny, and were happy to be doing their job, which I have found to be extremely rare in the construction business. Now look, these guys definitely aren’t the cheapest contractors out there, but you REALLY do get what you pay for — trust me, I’ve been there…you don’t want to look at your floor or your kitchen or your bathroom EVERY day and wish you had spent just a little more to not have some sloppy mess. So please, consider Danny and Simply Great Remodeling as your go-to guys for any serious remodel. You won’t be disappointed!
