Totally professional. From the front desk to completion of project. When they were putting in the new air/furnace system, I would forget they were here because they were so efficient and quiet.

Peterson Mechanical installed a new Carrier HVAC system in our house. Their staff were very knowledgeable, provided a competitive price and their installer was very competent.
Highly recommend them for HVAC maintenance, repair and installation work.

Trouble with Nest thermostat (PG&E supplied). Justin came out, on time, and diagnosed the problem which was a bit tricky and didn’t leave until he was certain it was operating.

My ductwork was in shambles. This Company not only gave me the best price, they also were the most professional and polite staff I have ever seen! They were clean, cordial, respectful of my house and pets and knew what they were doing! Especially Kyle, who went the extra mile by leaving me a note regarding their progress and when I could expect them to return and finish. This is an all around great Company, use with confidence!
