I tried to reach out but never got a response from them.

This company is completely unimpressive.

Business never followed through.

I was forced to use them because they're contracted through SoCal Gas. Unfortunately, their lack of communication resulted in two separate instances where I lost a full day's work without being notified. No one seemed to bother calling me to offer advice or assistance when my scheduled service wasn't available. Today's experience was no different - I lost hours of work due to their absence and received no notification. The customer service is appalling, so I'd advise others to steer clear. They'll likely come up with various excuses to make amends for their mistakes, but it won't change the fact that they're unreliable.
