We have consistently found hard to find parts such as contactors fuses and other electrical parts. We were working on a chiller for a printing press and they happen to have the parts we needed in stock
Today we need to find a small 10 amp glass fuse. Despite the fact that it was a very inexpensive part we appreciate the fact that he gave it to us for free.. Thank you for keeping us going .

I usually avoid writing less than positive reviews of my experience dealing with a company. However I will share my experience with Steven Engineering Inc. In short it was terrible! I was refused credit on a warranty part needed for repairs of the equipment line they carry. I was charged for parts I did not order. It was a major problem getting them to credit my company back for the charges that were in error. If I had a another choice for a distributor of the equipment line we service, I would surely go elsewhere to do business.
