Friend professional guys that know about what they are selling.

First time I made a purchase here. I was looking for mini split line sets, but a particular kind. Uv rated, 1/2" and US manufactured, etc. They didn't have what I needed in stock, But Edwin said he can get it pretty quick for a job I'm getting ready for. Instead of choosing to get me off the phone, he gave me options. Within a few days they had the line sets, and they followed up a few times with a status.
Edwin was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and followed through!
I don't know why they have a 3.8 rating, they are 5 Star in my book!! Thx again guys! -
Best place for find any equipment parts of any brands.

Johnstone has some of the best customer service, always willing to help you find what you need and have a great stock of parts. They take The extra time to try and get you the parts you need. I highly recommend any Johnstone location for your HVAC needs.

When you walk into an HVAC specialty store, you don’t always know exactly which part you need. And this is the place where true professionals work — sometimes they understand the equipment even better than the technician. They will always help you, quickly find the right parts, and make the whole process easy.
These guys are truly on the customer’s side. Fantastic place! I definitely recommend it to everyone in San Francisco. Throughout all my years of experience — this is the one spot where you really feel supported with a professional approach. ⭐️ -

They don't sell to the general public.

I've been customer for about a year there and have bought bunch of parts. It was ok until one day I met new staff there. As usual I told my company name and our location. The guy who I talked to asked me for supervisor's name. That was first time when staff in that shop ask me this additional information. Since our company was founded several years ago we have changed our company structure and personal a lot and of course we have never update that information. So I didn't know what to answer for that question. When I was trying to explain to that guy that I'm regular customer and nobody asked me this info before, he interrupted me, raised his voice on me. He said in very rude form that he is the manager of that place and that was his shop (lol), he told me not to come there anymore. So I told I would tell all of my colleges not to come there anymore. He just didn't care. Conclusion: 1) there is no corporate standarts and code of conduct of how to interact with customers.
2) local "manager" is totally useless. Instead of resolve issues and work to attract buyers he makes conflict situation by himself and doesn't care about customer loyalty which is really bad for business.
3) there is no corporate mechanism of control and complaints for this sort of situations which is totally characterized this company. They just really don't care about their regular customer's needs.
