M&I Maids was my first experience with a maid service. They were very professional when scheduling a date and time. They arrived on time and the house had not been this clean in years. I am continually surprised by thing I find that were cleaned. I have a small house but there was nothing passed over. I will definitely use there service again.

M&I Maids is the best home help service I have invited into my home in the last twenty years. My needs are simple, mainly kitchen and bathroom cleaning. But, I am given the same thorough attention that I would receive if my entire house was their task. They are on time, friendly, and conversational, providing me with a personable respite from a day spent alone at home. The owner, Nadia, has been to my home for service. But, her employees all provide me service as if they were the owners as well. Nadia was very flexible with scheduling my service. As a first time recipient of professional cleaning, I didn’t know quite what to expect. I had some big jobs that needed attention along with the usual dust and polishing, general bathroom areas and a going over the carpet and tile. 2 1/2 hours were not enough for all the work to be done. They stayed a total of 4 hours to finish the top things on my list. I was impressed with their hard work ethics. I’m assuming the remainder of the smaller, maintenance things will get picked up next time, but it’s nice to have clean blinds again, along with a ceiling fan that looks practically new. My shower looks good as well.
