They responded quickly to my Yelp message, sent someone here quickly, and fixed my stopped toilet, which was not an easy stoppage to release. They also offered guidance on a few parts I should get for my toilet to improve its performance, and recommended a specific plunger. Their customer service was so good that I'll be recommending them to friends and plan to use them for my future plumbing needs. 5 stars.

Zach, Lance, and Jon did a great job replacing our water heater. Great service from the estimate to them cleaning as they walked out the door. Don and Darci communicate really well from making the appointment to keeping me posted about my appointment and when the techs were coming

I called empire minutes before they closed the day before my appointment and they were able to accommodate me for a morning appointment the following day.
I was called and texted to confirm appointment and given an ETA for the tech.
The tech, Brian Enell, arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. He explained to me the problem and possible solutions with the estimates for them. He fixed our AC fast. Thank you Brian for making our old unit work again.

Had a water emergency with my main line. The only ones that would help with answers to my questions were Empire. Josh was knowledgeable and extremely hard working. He diagnosed my issue over the phone and arrived as early as possible. He spent a good part of the day working the issue and did not leave until he had done everything possible to solve our leak. Josh was very polite, easy to talk to and above all else professional. I would highly recommend this company any day of the week!

I called for them to come on a Sunday night and Steve came first thing Monday morning. He was thorough, explained everything to me, and didn’t pressure me to do anything more than I needed. We have roots growing through our pipes and he cleared it out with the hydro jet. He warned me about what future problems it might cause me so I can be prepared for a more major fix in the future. Great great service with an affordable price and 1 year guarantee. So glad I found them!

Just had to give a shout out to this wonderful company. I've been a customer for years. I can't say enough good things about them. My Air Conditioning service tech Brad Chase was so informative and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. After many years it came time for a new A/C. He took his time to info me of the different options available, and the best value for your money. And was he right my electric bill was cut in half. His business card is the only one I give out now. He stated I didn't need furnace cleaned after he showed part how to check whether that need to clean or not and to clean my reusable filter regularly and to leave fan at auto, and how to keep filter in position to seal correctly .

Brian was amazing!! Another company wanted to charge us 13 THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix our AC.. turns out, we only needed a 350 dollar part and an air filter cleaning. Brian was nice professional and quick. In an hr everything was done and our house was cool once again 😊 definitely recommend!!!!!

Other people that came out before didn't connect the cords back properly to our AC they were extremely loose. Keith came out not only was he very professional but took the time to explain thoroughly our exact issue. It was a quick easy fix and now our AC works great. Will be calling Keith again if there any more further issues.

I am so pleased and thankful for Empire! Donald and Brian are professional and helpful. Brian answered all of my questions (patiently because there were a lot!) and explained his answers politely. It was the hottest week of summer yet and we were saved from melting by Empire’s team. They were very responsive and it was easy to schedule. We decided to replace our old HVAC system and shopping around obtained a few Quotes and we came across Empire Services which was well within our Budget. That was replacing the entire HVAC system (AC, Heater and the Compressor and replacing All Attic Ducts and the Registers). After, Levin completed our paperwork, they scheduled the Crew, and although the estimated time to complete the project was for four Days the entire project was completed in just One and a Half days. We were Pleasantly Surprised. Our sincere Thank You to the Team namely, Levin, William, Lance, Robert and Mario and the rest of the team working behind the scene. Most importantly respecting our property and for their professionalism. They are Pros in the Trade. No hesitation in recommending Empire Services. I used them all the way back in 2020 to fix our heater and they just replaced our ancient AC with a heat pump and it was/is great. Super pleased with the install, maintenance, customer service, etc.

So many true, and great things to say about Empire. Today we had two potential issues at the house. The first was scheduled, to fix something that previous contractor had really botched. Roberto, Mario, and Keith were prompt, professional, helpful, and they took care of the repair completely. Later, we needed Colby to come by to help rule out another problem with different equipment.. He was also professional, and very patient with answering my questions. It’s really valuable to be able to trust Empire and its representatives this much. Highest recommendations, and thank you, Empire.

Empire Plumbing did an outstanding job installing my new ac system. They tried to repair my old unit but it was to far gone so we decided to replaced it. Empire came in and it was done in a day and a half. Now the house is cooling properly, we can enjoy be cool in our home. So thank you Empire Plumbing for coming to the rescue!

Our tenants had what ended up being a significant plumbing issue. Of course, I was informed on Super Bowl Sunday. First thing Monday morning I was on the case to resolve the issue. Empire Plumbing was the first to actually pick up the phone, they sent out a plumber right away to discover it wasn't just a typical sewer auger job.

My plumber Stephan was very competent and took his time into deciphering what was wrong. The next day, he and his partner Mario were in the ground to discover a massive root ball which ruptured the clay pipe. A few hours later, I had new PVC piping and a clean out. Most importantly, I took care of our tenants in an expedited manner.

Typically with jobs such as these, I get a couple bids to make sure the pricing is fair. Due to the situation, as well as Stephan's competency and being able to get on the job right away, Empire was hired and they delivered.

I can say with full confidence that I would have no hesitancy in hiring Empire to do future Plumbing work.
