We utilized this company for a move from a DTLA to Santa Clarita. They were on time, efficient, and professional. A friend referred us and we couldn't be happier. They were able to assist with move out painting of our old place, cleaning, packaging, and getting things set up at the new spot including TV mounting, furniture assembly and some donation/junk removal. When it comes time to do remodeling in the future we will definitely look them up again. Thanks guys and keep up the good work :)

Recently purchased a Condo in Newhall with a very outdated Kitchen, flooring and Bathrooms. The Prep it Team was able to redo all flooring, baseboards, paint complete, and basically do a whole remodel within my budget. Their connection to Pacific Sales in Valencia provided discounted prices on appliances, sinks and fixtures. They picked up the order and installed everything as well. Not to mention hauling away all the old stuff too and sent in peeps to do a deep clean. Forever grateful and love the new modern look. It’s hard to find good people these days that work with you. Widows beware!! Always get a written estimate as things move along. Especially if you don’t have unlimited funds. I was given a $1300 estimate and he went more than 25k over budget. It didn’t help that he knew the max amount i could spend. He spent it all! I’ve been taken advantage of….so BEWARE
