I had this company come to my home to repair a microwave. They want to charge $330 for one hour of labor for a $70 part. They’re a sham company. Technician put a bowl of water in microwave. Turned it on a few times. Didn’t open the bottom of it to confirm what’s wrong and said he has to order the part but will come back in 2-5 days and the cost was $430. Should cost about $150-200 with the part. Don’t trust this company. I had to pay $99 for the call. So frustrating. I’d give them a half a star if I could
