The best service ever Steve one of their plumbers is efficient honest they were on time courteous I will use them again

Fast response time. Call du to an emergency technician was on my property within 2 hours. He was able to give me a quote and get the job done within a week.

Our sewer drain was clogged up for a week and the city couldn’t help us locate our sewer clean out but Superdrain found it for us and help us fix our sewer line. I’m impressed thank you.

I have peace of mind again. This was a learning curve for me . Listen to the process and the best approach. We had a 79 year old sewer stack with 3 T's cast iron. The one in the middle had corrosion leak( hole). That was cut out repaired with newer materials, Also the Hydro Jetter was used for clearing clean our sewer main, it was backed-up, And necessary. For our particular problem. Im so pleased everything is flowing again.😃Thank you Steven.

My wife and I recently purchased a beautiful 115 year old Craftsman Home in Morada. With a house that old, it was expected that we would have some issues to sort out. In the past few months, we have used Superdrain on a few occasions and have found them to be nothing less than Awesome!

It's hard to give someone 5 stars after they charge you a boatload of money for their services. I wish it was cheaper to get professional work done. But alas, if I could have got it done myself I wouldn't have had to call them. And you got to pay to play. That being said, I've used Superdrain twice now for emergency plumbing services at my restaurant. Both times they've come out same day and got my issue fixed. Their plumbers are great. Very down to earth professionals and knowledgeable.

Toilet wasn't flushing & water was backing up into the bathtub! Called Superdrain Plumbing, as we have had a good experience with them in the past. Everything was handled in professional, timely manner. Starting with dispatch, & ending with service call. They promptly diagnosed the problem as a city issue. They called them out for me & didn't charge me for their time! I highly recommend them! I know I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs!

Had a plumbing back up about 3 hours before I started work . Called super drain and they had Vincent out within an hour . Super helpful and he fixed our problem in about an hour , so I don’t need to miss work .

Using this company again for my mother's rental property which I thought had a clogged drain from the home to the sidewalk as a leak sprung up in middle of the yard. Within an hour of a Yelp inquiry I had been able to speak w dispatch, met a technician at the home, and he found the problem fairly quick and easy of being a water main leak, not a clog. Had a quote for repair and timeline within 30m of that arrival, and 3 hours later the water main repair was complete. The technician Vince was very courteous and efficient. 2nd time this year needed their assistance and I think 3rd overall the last 3 years. Recommend to anyone w a plumbing emergency in the 209.

Had an issue with my water heater and was referred by a family member who spoke highly of Super Drain. I called and spoke with the owner “Al” AFTER HOURS!! He was professional and took immediate steps to get my problem resolved. The next morning my problem was resolved with our issue and the employees, all TOPNOTCH regarding customer service and skills. I will recommend and always use this company.

As always, Superdrain was responsive and efficient. It took me a couple years of calling other plumbers to find and settle with Superdrain. They are always needed on a weekend and often a holiday, just like this time, but it was no problem with a quick, fairly painless fix
