Mike is a seasoned pro. He was in and out much faster than I expected. I spoke to a lot of guys about this job, and they told me a lot of numbers, so I can say very confidently that Mike's pricing was fair.

Mike is an honest and competent Independent HVAC Contractor. Always on time and everything looks neat and tidy. Added benefit, clean as a whistle when finished. Couldn’t be happier with the service and system.

Our air conditioner started blowing hot air.
Called him up around 4pm and was at my house within 30 minutes. And got our air conditioner back up and running good.

Mike Dickinson (the Owner) is a top notch. My older sister,69 years old, had her heating go out in her home in Sun City. It would be near impossible to get a better guy out to take care of the situation of winter without heat. He installed a new unit which was much needed and treated my sister as he probably would his own sister if he has one. He is meticulous in his desire to do a great job. He even came out on Christmas Eve because he knew she is a senior with a lot of mobility issues. He brought over a portable heater until he could get the new unit installed. Overall...he was concerned for her well being, very through in his explanation of what was needed, very professional and most of all a very kind person. I would recommend him for all of your heating and air issues. Thank you Mike!!!

Responsive to schedule appt. right away when I sent request for repair message on Holiday. Prompt, and excellent communication responding promptly as date I scheduled, for the next day. Arrived w a great professional attitude, and shoe covers. Found problem within 10 minutes. Job was complete within a short time, very timely manner! Highly Recommend Dickinson for HVAC.

They do a great job! My AC went out during a heat wave and they were very sensitive to come quickly and make it work within my schedule. They were very friendly and did great work! I have had a poor experience with HVAC companies in the past so this was a redeeming experience.

Answered his phone after hours and scheduled a next day appointment. Was later than expected but kept me in the loop about the updated ETA. Once he got to my home, he diagnosed and fixed my ac unit in 15 minutes tops. Genuine guy and a fair price.

AC stop pumping out cold air during this heatwave. Mike came our right away and he was very informative about what was wrong. Mike gave us a great price for our new HVAC system and did great clean work for installation. Our furnace has been working great and we can’t wait to use our new AC for the summer! Honest guy too!

Awesome service. I called Mike around 945 pm and by 1030 pm he had shown up, diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and had us back up and running. The billing was itemized and was explained by Mike. Highly recommended and will utilize him again in the future!
