The hot water boiler stopped working early Saturday morning, and I called the company to report the situation we are in. Being a hotel and we were house full Friday night. The service and the promptness of John was amazing, he was very professional and polite , and knew what he was doing. Recommending the company anytime

I recommend Pacific Eneregy to ANY business. I have been using them for 5 years on my residential apartment complex and they have ALWAYS been excellent! The techs are knowledgeable and professional and their in-office staff are helpful and always in communication. I have a maintenance agreement with them and it's been great service for the money.

Pacific Energy Service has been repairing and maintaining the boiler, hot water storage and circulation, and piping for over 7 years in our large apartment building. We trust their work and expect to continue our service contract in the future.

Joe responded to the emergency call very quickly as the on call tech, gave me an arrival time and called when he completed the repair. As a manager of 90 units with a longtime relationship with Pacific Energy I am grateful for this caring professional staff that keep us in "hot water".

Mauricio from Pacific Energy worked on our apartment building water heater today. I am the building manager and I want to thank Pacific Energy for sending out Mauricio. He did a thorough and efficient job on repairing our water heater. He answered many questions that I had and was extremely courteous and professional.

I called Pacific Energy after our igniter on our boiler went out and they came out the very next morning and took care of the issue so fast. Tony was excellent in his communication with me, reliable and on time and every personable. I would highly recommend them and will be calling them again if I run into more issues.

Their repairman Murray came out last night and was able to restore the hot water service to our building. He was knowledgeable, polite and was able to respond quickly to our needs. He is an excellent representative of the company.

Pacific Energy Service is the best! Great customer service and so responsive. They explained everything that was happening with my boiler and how they would send someone out to fix it. That same day a technician came out and fixed it under an hour! Loved my experience here and is the only company I would recommend to anyone!!

Definitely the best ! My technician was very fast very professional since day one , JON he shows the dedication he has for his job . We had an extremely mayor issue with boiler and heating system , at a big building , after different plumbers and workers doing one thing and another without resolving the issue for days , bingo we finally contacted the right one what took others days took Jon only a few hrs after nearly ten days of no hot water he brought us back to life ! Yayy warm showers ,

I very rarely leave reviews but in this instance I feel obliged to do so. I would like to sincerely thank Joe Lopez. I was very impress with his professionalism and expertise. As a commercial investor I have used various companies. This company operates differently to others and uses their discretion to genuinely help their customers rather than deny claims. Impressive in this money-grabbing era!
