Really happy with the advice and the installation process of my HaVC

Once again so happy with the work provided by Kagels Heating & Air. I have had their work for 10+ years. They are responsive and Hector, who routinely does our upkeep and repairs, is not only professional, but helpful and pays attention to details!

My gas furnace was cutting out intermittently. Bradley was able to come out right away on the weekend, examine the system, and job to get it back online and working properly. Will use again in the future if I have HVAC needs.

The installation so far has been a fantastic experience? Jimmy arrived out and understood our needs and gave us a tailored plan for our needs. Tim, and Erick and Guage performed a efficient installation. They kept me informed of what they were doing, kept the area clean and were courteous. Marshall’s will come back after drywall project is done to install vents and finish up. I would highly recommend Marshall’s for any residential HVAC work.

As usual, this company arrived on the agreed date and time, and performed the annual inspection and service of my heating and cooling equipment efficiently and courteously. They have been servicing my equipment for some years and I would recommend their services to others.

This company performed well from start to finish. The office staff dealt with obstacles and other delays promptly with regular communication. The installation team were excellent removing all debris and ensuring our home was left clean and tidy. Oh and the air conditioning unit system works a treat.

This company installed my air conditioning unit some years ago. I have had them service it every year since then. Their technicians are completely professional. They know their job, pay attention to every detail and are generally very helpful.

Have been with this company for nearly twenty years. Service has been perfect. One good example was that my air conditioning stopped working at the peak of Summer, and it happened to be Christmas period. I called and they immediately came to investigate. Quickly they ordered replacement components and fixed it. Their price is very reasonable. They also make professional recommendations on what we can go next. I recommend this company.

Didn't know the air conditioner was going to be so big and they forgot my air filter is that I was promised just got back conditioner we'll see how it goes

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They canceled twice without notice, then finally showed up unprepared. The technician didn’t even have the right tools and wasted my entire day. To top it off, nothing got fixed. Completely unreliable company and I regret giving them a chance.
