On the hottest day of the year our AC stopped working. After contacting the company they were at our location within one hour and gave a courtesy call 10 minutes before arriving. They diagnosed/fixed the AC within 10minutes. Albert and Karen were very professional and gave us good advice on how to avoid this problem in the future.
