New Pipe Plumbing managed a huge job for me. I needed to bring an abandoned apartment up to date with new water heater and many other elements. They were kind and effective and I am so grateful for their help! They've come out for other repairs since then and are always so pleasant to me and my tenants!

James William came out to help us with our women's restroom. We had previously called another company that we found on google and they quoted us more than DOUBLE of what James quoted. He arrived on time, and did a great job. I saved his card and will definitely be using it in the future. I recommend that everyone uses this company, and uses James. Thanks !

Be cautious when using new pipes plumbing services. I had requested a quote for my pipes to be chaged to copper and they quoted me almost double what several other companies had given me. I ended up going somewhere else for new piping and it turned out pretty good. Saved a good amount of money after I shopped around.

I had a slight drip which was manageable in the shower of my condo unit. As a conscientious citizen, I decided to have the O-ring (washer) replaced professionally. I called New Pipe Plumbing from an online ad that promised a low price about $45. (Little did I know the price was for drain clearing only.)

Victor arrived saying he was a "Master Plumber." He had to shut off the water to my unit and the units below mine. Victor checked inside the wall and said he could not replace the washer as the "seat" was cracked, and that he had to replace the valve. He quoted $1,000! I wanted to get a second opinion the next day, but I didn't want to shut off the neighbors water again, so I said go ahead. (I got 10% senior discount.)

I asked Victor to check the bathtub faucets as a preventive measure.He replaced the stems...$225.

Victor was in the bathroom over TEN HOURS, sawing, soldering and banging, cutting out tiles, from 2:00 pm until past midnight. The bathroom was thick with fumes, smoke, debris and equipment. It was a nightmare.

He covered the large hole with a single-handle chrome "beauty plate."
The handle was too tight, and had sharp edges that made it painful to turn.

To his credit, after I protested, the owner, Stefan, came to my home twice, and installed a smoother handle that's easy to turn.

The total was $1,453. For what was meant to be three washers ....and a new garbage disposal?? I wish I had "shopped around" like the other reviewer, Chris. Was I had or not? You be the judge.
