This company sent someone from my insurance provider to fix an issue, but they showed up late and didn't follow through with the appointment. They were supposed to arrive between nine and noon, but when they didn't show, I called their office to find out what happened. The person who answered seemed disconnected and uninformed about the appointment's status.

When I asked for the technician's contact information, I was told he probably wouldn't answer because he had already left. Received a service call from my home warranty company, which was supposed to address an A/C pump noise issue. The technician arrived and did some cleaning, but not the repair I was expecting. The business owner asked for additional money on top of the standard fee, claiming the service wasn't covered by my warranty. However, when I called my warranty company, they told me it was actually covered and would reimburse him $205.

I questioned the technician's work, which he claimed took 4 hours but my tenant estimated was only about an hour. The business owner also misled me about a previous call, saying the issue wasn't fixed before charging extra for another service. However, after talking to my tenant, he later said the issue was resolved and I still owed him $120.

This experience has left a bad taste. It's unacceptable that the technician didn't discuss additional costs upfront. The business owner's dishonesty is disturbing. He should have been transparent about what he would do during the service call.
