My brand new Whirlpool water heater was dripping from the pressure release valve. I called them and they referred me to Sicari plumbing. I called them and they sent a technician within an hour.

I met Dave. Very pleasant & polite, professional looking plumber. He looked at the water heater and and my old one (right next to it which had exploded) and said he is going to check my pressure. Once he hooked up his gauge, it flew to 150psi. He was shocked it was soo high and that other appliances didn't explode. He immediately knew it was my homes pressure regulator was bad. We live in the mountains where we have hard water which destroys these things in 10 years (last one was replaced 10 years ago).

He gave me a price which I thought was decent. Mind you, I do know my way around the house and I know how much these regulators cost, but since he was already here and he had the parts in his truck, I thought it would be nice to not have to tend to something once in a while.

He quickly changed it out in less than 5 minutes and everything was working great again. He also went and replaced the pressure release valve on the hot water heater anyways just to be safe.

I had my clogged drain serviced by Sicari Plumbing of which took them less than a half hour and was charged $225.00 which was over twice, what I had paid previously. It seems like they only ran the cutting blade one time to remove a hand full of roots. 3 days later it was clogged again and was told they don't guarantee their work and would
only come back if I paid another $225.00. I have since talked to a couple of other plumbers and was told they have a 30 day guarantee on the drain. Check before you
have any work done by any plumber, to see if they back up their work. I had a local S. Pasadena plumber unclog the drain using a number of blade sizes for a hundred bucks less and with 30 day guarantee.

OUT OF BUSINESS

Came Quickly, but did not clear the clogged sewer line and charged $275.00 for the visit. Even worse, the tech who did the work had an open cut on his hand, and refused to wear gloves to protect himself from possible contamination and infection. The tech received numerous personal phone calls during the time he was working, and he would stop working to take the personal calls. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLUMBER AGAIN.
