We hired Jonathan and his brother to refinish our 20-year-old slate flooring. They did an excellent job. They were highly professional and very pleasant to work with. Pricing is on the high side, but we felt the results were worth it and would highly recommend them for their workmanship.

Very professional. Working with Prostone was a delight. They were pleasant, courteous and respectful of our home and privacy. They do excellent work. I was amazed at the difference Prostone made in our carpets, tile and stone surfaces. They were like new after more than 20 years of use. I would very highly recommend them to anyone.

Prostone had done some work on our bathroom granite floor a couple of years ago. We began to notice some discoloration recently and contacted them to take another look. They said the floor surface needed to be re-enhanced and they would make it right. The floor now looks better than it ever did. Jonathan and Anthony are the best.

Jonathan and his team did a fabulous job polishing our hardwood floors and granite counter top. They are very reliable, friendly, honest, and fairly priced.

Jonathan went above and beyond to take care of a kitchen counter from a kitchen remodel that went bad. I was very stressed out from an awful contractor and Jonathan helped and took care of it. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to remove stains and seal their natural stone counters. Very professional and friendly and did an awesome job.

Amazing customer service. I had a Quartz (not natural stone, hence much more challenging) counter top that needed fixing because my contractor who installed it (brand new countertop!) messed it up. I was heart broken honestly. As I researched, I came across another yelper that said great things about Prostone, so I reached out to them.

Jonathan Ong, the owner, was great at communicating what's realistc right from the start and was patient with me in educating me on various options for fixing it. After some emails, we set a date for the appt. He showed up with another worker, and they were on time, courteous and worked hard in solving the issue. They brought more than what they needed to be prepared for contingency. Reasonable and very pleasant to work with. My husband was also very impressed. I'm much much happier with my countertop after their repair.

Jonathan and Anthony from the start over the phone were very professional, they were on time for the appointment, and their services were delivered as promised.
Anthony and his amazing helpers cleaned my travertine kitchen floor and then after a week or so re-grouted some missing areas.

I've used Prostone Services dozens of times over the years at both home and for a medical office complex I own. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service they provide and their use of the latest products and technologies to ensure the best possible outcome every single time.

They did some tile sealing, grout clean up, new silicon bead on base of shower glass. We use them exclusively. If you don't believe me, call the shower glass company who exclusively recommends them to do maintenance and repair

As the owner of a tile and stone installation company I would highly recommend Prostone. Their always punctual, professional and provide excellent service. When we remodeled our kitchen and installed marble countertop's we hired Prostone to apply More Anti-Etch and have been extremely pleased with the results. The product offers us the piece of mind to confidently use the countertops without the fear or etching.
