I think these folks have the best and most honest prices for water heater installs in the bay area and will work with your budget. Also If you have any HVAC needs they can give you a really good deal with their brother/sister company Iris mechanical.

Had a slow drain, which Jet Pipe quickly fixed. Team was quick to respond, very helpful on site, and resolved my issue effectively. Highly recommend for your next plumbing project.

Overall good experience, reached out to them in the morning about an issue, came in diagnosed within 2 hours and gave a honest diagnosis that no work is required. Will definitely hire them again for their honest work.

I don't write reviews often but what Stefan and his team has done is just fabulous. They built a box, fixed the hot water issue, added a electric outlet in my garage, installed Moen, the water sink, my washer and dryer. All work was done nicely in very reasonable price. Great job team!

Technician for sewer camera inspection was prompt and knowledgeable. He was also persistent in getting past different obstacles, and identified different problems in the sewer while I looked on. Price was less than what others tried to charge me.
