I noticed an outlet in my daughters room was very hot. I called Novah Electric as soon as they opened and they got me on the schedule right away. Russ was out before the end of the day and promptly fixed the issue. Novah Electric goes above and beyond for their clients. I highly recommend!

I was very impressed by Novah Electric. I needed a breaker replaced in my rental. They called my renter to get more info and were out the next day to fix it. Plus, they did not charge me an arm and a leg! They were friendly, prompt, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Russ and his crew are second to none. They are the best hands down!
Mike was the lead on our full electrical install with new panel and he is the best! Russel told us that they can install plug to allow us to just plug our generator into the panel when we lose power. No more running extension cords, GAME CHANGER! Professional, Knowledgeable, and darn right awesome. They worked around us, our 5 dogs, and crazy schedule. If you have any electrical issue, do yourself a favor, call Noah Electric and consider it fixed!!!

Thank God we found electricians who aren't intimidated to work on an old historic home. Gary and Damon are always on time, do good work and clean up after themselves. We have had so much work done recently, they feel like part of the family! 😆

I feel that I received great service today. The service crew arrived on time. They then demonstrated a familiarity with the product which allowed them to quickly discern the multiple problems that had taken it out of service. The generator looked like a new unit when they finished the work.

Nova electric is Awesome!! I was in a bad situation and Russ came to the rescue within minutes. Dina and Russ saved the day!! Not only were they very helpful and kind but educated me on issues with the property management where I live. I highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of picking the right Company for a whole Home Generator installation.
Russ and his crew from Novah Electric did a superb job
handling all the required permitting, scheduling, installation and testing of the generator when completed.
It is a process that does take some time.
It was something that I have wanted for years and being the investment that it is, I did not want a subpar job. They did not disappoint.
Russ, and all his crew are truly Professionals. very knowledgeable, pleasant, answered all my questions perfectly and I would recommend them to anyone that would like that done, or any other electrical work.

Highly recommend! Russ was so pleasant to work with. He is professional, timely, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and has years of experience serving the Susanville community! I had a mystery problem with my outlets/breakers and Russ along with his crew were relentless until they figured out the issue and professionally installed new equipment and made the repair! They were considerate around my home and communicated everything with me! You can't go wrong with Russ and his crew!

Russ and the boys installed my new home generator system. Great to work with and always kept me informed on every aspect of the job. I might add, Russ was always available for any questions I might have had and showed up when he said he would. Good job Novah!

Great employee. The service call was quite a bit higher than I expected.

I awoke to a power outage, and realized my whole home generator was not running either. I dressed in multiple layers of clothes and placed a call to the Novah Electric office (I was surprised to have the call answered immediately early on a Saturday morning). My call elicited an immediate response. My hero, Super Russ would be heading my way ASAP, through high winds and a snowstorm to come to my rescue. He arrived in timely fashion and quickly got my generator running. As luck would have it, the power came back on about the same time Russ arrived, so he was also able to test the system and make sure the generator would respond immediately if the power should go out again. We are going to schedule a maintenance appointment to keep the generator in tip top shape. Novah Electric will always be my go-to company for all needs electrical. Russ and his staff are all expert, friendly, helpful, and responsive people. Even early in the morning on a non-work day in the middle of a blizzard! I am so grateful!
