I called today and they sent Sergio. I was extremely grateful. He was here in about 35 minutes from my call time. Sergio was very kind and got my water pressure fixed from a leak. Highly recommend. Thank you to Katrina in the office too.

Had what turned out to be a difficult problem but they were onsite consistently, always on-time and got the problem resolved for about 1/4 of what I expected. the logical approach to diagnosing the problem was so welcome - the plumber (Logan) didn't go straight to anything invasive or expensive and I truly appreciated the approach taken. I will definitely use them again.

My hot water heater failed and flooded my garage on Saturday afternoon at about 4:30. I called Amador Plumbing and got an immediate response with an estimate. By 7:00 o'clock I had a new working hot water heater installed for what I thought was a good reasonable price. Ron and Nicole did a great job and were very professional. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

I called last night and Curtis was here within an hour. Honest, kind, explained everything. He fixed the problem and ordered parts. We'll see him again later this week. Hubby and I know our water softener is in good hands. Thx Amador Plumbing ☺️

I could not be happier with my service from Amador Plumbing this week. My business had a plumbing problem that put our bathrooms out of commission late morning on Thursday. Katrina helped convey the urgency of our situation to the boss, and they went above and beyond to get the job done quickly the next morning. We are so grateful for their dedication, professionalism, and empathy. Ron’s familiarity with the building and persistence saved us from a week with portable toilets due to this pesky little guy.

Amador Plumbing is one of the best service companies in our region. They’re responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every interaction I’ve had with their clients states they have been easy, honest, and stress-free, which is not something you can always say about plumbing issues!
They show up when they say they will, explain everything clearly, and take real pride in their work. If you’re in Amador or Calaveras County and need a reliable plumber you can trust, I can’t recommend them enough.

I used them when Nicole was there. She always did a great job, was very informative & worked quickly.

This would have been a 5 star rating, except that I got a call at 830 saying they would be here in 20 minutes..They arrived SIX hours later....ugh.

Bad experience all around

Service was not finished clean outs left open re clogged in days owner was rude yelling at me not taking responsibility for the mess and hung up on me

One of their employees made some really inappropriate and sensual comments to my 15yo daughter.
