We have used the service of API plumbing. They always do a great job.

They always take care of my plumbing issues; they do it right the first time.

The men and women at API Plumbing in Taft are great. Prompt courteous service and they know what they are doing.

Always have anything needed for coolers, plumbing, pools and spas etc.They can run a camera down your sewer line or run a snake tool for severe clogs...a great small town store!

These guys were quick to respond and made my nightmare incredibly affordable. Truly an answer to my prayers. They dealt with several dangerous gas leaks on my home (built 1937). They were friendly and had very fair pricing.

Dave Jr and Johnny did an awesome job fixing our leak under the house! They were professional and motivated! They were direct and fair with their pricing. No BS, just straight forward with the options and very affordable rates. We were quoted almost $1800 more from a different plumbing company for the same job just the day before. Something didn't feel right with that company so we decided to call API for a different quote. Sure enough, we were being way over charged by the other company! We are so glad that we ended up calling API instead! We will definitely be using API for any work we need done in the future!

Always seem to have what you need..when others dont..in town..pretty well priced on parts and pieces..has the old hardware store feel..

This company has been doing work on our apartment for weeks now and they are absolutely terrible. Before they started my land lady told me I wouldn't have to move anything out of my bathroom. One of the days they started working in my bathroom under my sink. I walked in to find that they just threw and pushed all of my personal items out of the way and were using my personal hand towels for their work, which they ruined. I asked the plumber to stop and let me move all of my things out of the way so they wouldn't get damaged and they'd have a clear space to work. I moved everything that was under my sink into my room and then proceeded to take all my other things out of my bathroom. As I was doing this the plumber stopped me and told me they'd only be working under my sink. So I left my stuff under his advice. I asked all the plumbers in my apartment that if for any reason they did have to work on another area in my bathroom to please let me know so I can move my things. I'd like to reiterate that I told every plumber who was in my apartment this at least 3-5 times. They all assured me that they would inform me before they did anything so I could move my things. I even brought out several bottles of fresh water as a sign of thanks to them. I leave for 15-20 minutes to go use the restroom at a friends house. When I came back everything in my bathroom was destroyed. All of my bathroom items were covered in all matter of debris, dirt, dust, filth, and gunk from the bathroom and the walls and pipes of the bathroom being torn up. I called the manager and asked him to come down. It took me 8 bottles of water just to rinse off all the debris from all my items that were ruined in order to move them into my room without further getting debris everywhere. The water was off so there was no means to properly clean anything. Not that washing it would've sanitized anything, the debris was so thick and laid on. The manager comes and I tell him what happens and he says he will financially compensate me. I had to go out and replace over $400 worth of ruined items, and that's without even replacing everything I had. I am a full-time doctoral grad student and could definitely use that money for other things. I still have not been compensated and it's not looking like I will be. So if I can get anything out of this miserable experience, maybe I can get some good karma by warning y'all to move your things clear away from these guys and protected so they don't ruin your things.
