The technician arrived at my home as expected and did a great job in correcting the problem. He explained everything to me and did so in a timely basis. My only critique is the time it took for the to come to my residence. My electrical problem started last Saturday 5/11 and I reported it on that day. I was expecting a call from the company within 24 to 48 hours and I had to call them on Monday. They could not come to perform the work until today 5/15/24. I was disappointed in that time span. I had no electricity in my refrigerator in my garage thus I had to throw out some of my frozen food. What a waste.

I used Wisdom Electric through my home warranty. They called me right away, showed up on time, Alex was super personable and knowledgeable. He fixed my problem right away and answered other questions I had. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

They came out a day before, they were scheduled which was great since we didn't have power. Contacted through my home warranty AHS. Alexey was very accommodating. He showed up when he said he would and then qdiagnose the problem to fix it within minutes. A fire had broken out on some of my wires in my attic. The attic was not the easiest to get to, and he didn't complain once. Also my dog Otis is a little terror and was barking at him, and he was very good with Otis the killer Chiwernee. Hopefully the Home Warranty approves my exhaust fan fix, which turned out was the culprit.
