I called VG Plumbing at 11:40 because my shower faucet broke and the water wouldn’t turn off. I was told I would get a call when a plumber was free. They said it costs 90 for them to see what’s wrong but then they would deduct that from the labor. I didn’t get a call back till 5 hours later.

The worker was incredibly friendly and wore a mask while in the house. He said it would be an easy fix and he just needed to replace the cold water handle. I got a call back from the business and they said it would be 250 for labor and 50 for the parts. That sounded outrageous, but I was already stuck with paying 90, so I did it. It took him 5 minutes to completely fix the issue. So if you’re cool with paying what would equate to 3,000 per hour of work, go with VG Plumbing.

If not, go with somebody that will give you a free estimate so you don’t get roped into paying WAY too much.

Again, the plumber was great and I feel bad for him working for a company that rips off people.
