Did a wonderful job on getting my ceiling fan working properly after I messed it up. No shame in mind game on giving respect and taken accountability for my mistake.

Richard was very professional and prompt. We had multiple electrical projects: installing outdoor lights, outdoor outlets, interior reading lamps, recessed lighting, fan installation, an interior outlet and probably a few other things I’m forgetting. He was great and went out of his way to make sure the project was done the way we wanted. A good guy who did good work.

The team at Thompson Electric exceeded our expectations with their exceptional competence, professionalism, timeliness, expertise, and friendliness from the initial consultation to the completion of installing ceiling fans and the electrical wiring. They also repaired multiple outlets that were giving us trouble. We have used Richard and his team twice and will use them for any future needs.

Richard did a great job and at a very good price. He responded very quickly and showed up on time, completed the work and cleaned up afterwards nicely. I was very happy with the work and outcome. I had one outlet rewired and added a new outlet that required going through the attic which I know is not fun or easy.

I know it can be a challenge to find good contractors, but Richard and his team did a great job all hands down.

He installed a new switch, and even mounted the remote for the fan on the wall. The workspace was clean when he finished, he was timely, professional, clean. The job was done before I knew it.
