We went through our home warranty service to repair a leaking shower faucet. They were responsive, professional, and informative. I would absolutely recommend and use them even without the warranty for plumbing issues.

I had a clogged kitchen sink so I called Oasis plumbing for an estimate on the repairs I needed. The price was fair and Rocko was able to stop by my house on the same day I called. Rocko sent me a text message with his arrival time and sure enough, he arrived right on time. Rocko quickly cleared the clogged drain, gave me advice to prevent future issues and even gave me advice on a garbage disposal. I'd use Rocko again, he was great.

Mr. Rocco Volpe was great! Very respectful, knowledgeable, clean, reasonably priced and efficient with time. Answered all our questions. Mr. Volpe was able to accommodate us during this busy holiday schedule!! If you are in need of a good reliable plumbing or drain services, Mr. Rocco is your guy!

I was totally pleased from initial contact, rapid response and job completion. Oasis texted an arrival time and it was spot on, the trouble was quickly diagnosed and repaired expeditiously.

I was fortunate to see an obviously new employee being trained during the course of repairs and it was refreshing to see the care and customer support I have been waiting to see from other companies . Oasis has not only earned my respect but has gained a valuable repeat customer for any future issues and upgraded I have.

My warranty company sent this company for a second opinion after the previous company took two months to request a second opinion. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and explained what the problem could be and offered solutions after explaining to me what is possibly needed he called my warranty company to report that they were unable to do what is needed which he told my from the start. Within two hours of him being there my warranty company called me to advise! Finally a company that communicates! Although they sadly couldn’t complete my job the tech was very professional and took the time to go over things with me!

These guys are excellent. Very efficient and clean Rocco was respectful and friendly. Not only did he fix my drainage problem but also offered advice on how to maintain them in the future. I will definitely call Oasis again when I need a good plumber.

I thank Rocco for his professionalism and honesty. He replaced a water heater that was installed by another local plumber less than 4 years ago with inferior pipes/lines. As a result rust/leakage. Rocco also upgraded the tank up to local code and reinstalled hot water circulating pump all at a very reasonable price

Rocco is amazing, was leaving town and had some water pressure issues. Oasis was my first call and I can’t be happier. He will explain in detail what’s going on and what needs to be done. Very professional, on time, cleans up after work and the attention to detail is on point. I will be using using oasis plumbing again with other projects I have. I tried to replace a garbage disposal. I'm not the most mechanically inclined person, but I can follow instructions. I gave it a shot and got to a point where I knew I needed professional help. I pinged three plumbers. Oasis was the only one that responded. I appreciated that. When Rocco arrived, I was bracing myself a bit. Guys who work with their hands seem to take special pleasure in mocking the work of amateurs like myself. However, Rocco never talked down to me one time. He came across as a very nice man and took the time to explain what needed to be done. In the end, he said he had never seen a garbage disposal quite like mine (That's what I get for buying a product from China, I guess) and he had to do a little fabricating to make it work. I didn't feel so bad after that. Everything works great now and I'm definitely keeping Oasis in mind for any future plumbing needs.

No hot water? Now that's a problem! But Oasis came to save the day.
Oasis was referred through our Sears Home Warranty. Rocco was available right away. He diagnosed the problem with our 22 year old gas hot water heater, and then he contacted the warranty staff himself to facilitate the claim. .... He is personable, professional, and a clear communicator who explained anything we asked. Our neighbor has had Oasis for three separate services and they give him "two thumbs up" also!

Rocco came to fix our garbage disposal. He was on time and very efficient. I will continue to use Oasis Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. If you are looking for an honest/reasonable company, look no furthur.
